The objective of this workshop was to give insights about the Canva platform, its interface, and tools available for creating designs. Mr. Aman Khan, UI/UX Expert from ShapeMySkills Pvt. Ltd. took this workshop.The workshop started with brief introduction about Canva, as an online tool for designing which provides access to a variety of photographs, vectors, graphics and fonts. Through this workshop students learned the fundamentals of the Canva. Students explored the basics of user interface design, including layout, colour theory, typography and learned how to make hands-on design projects. In the workshop trainer discussed about strategies and techniques for designing content that captures attention and conveys message effectively. Through this workshop students also got to know about future career opportunities in the area of designing.

Objective:
It was a literary fest titled as “Sahitya Aaj Tak”. The objective of the event was to give exposure to our students about art, literature, culture & music. “ Sahitya Aaj Tak” is a festival that is a melting pot of ideas, creativity, and inspiration. This event provides a platform for intellectual discussions, literary readings, and engaging conversations on a wide range of topics, including literature, culture, and societal issues. The festival continues to play a pivotal role in promoting the importance of literature and its enduring impact on society.
Description:
Students of Second Year of BBA and BCA participated in the visit.The event started at 2,00pm at three different locations (stages). Stage-1 was called as “Halla Bol Chaupal”, Stage-2 was called as “Dustak Darbar” and Stage-3 was called as “Sahitya Tak”. Artists like Jubin Nautiyal, Pawan Singh and Manoj Muntashir performed on stage. It was very well appreciated event by our students. Also intellectuals like Acharya Prashant, Pavan K Verma and Prof. Purushottam Agrawal had a discussion on spirituality, bollywood and culture. There was also an address on Homeopathy by Dr.Ashish Kumar Jaiswal, CMO Homeopathy, Ministry of Health & Family Welfare.
Students were enthusiastic during the visit. They were happy after seeing various performances. Students really appreciated the importance of literature in life. They were disciplined and followed instructions of the faculty members. Overall, the experience was very good.

Objective: The Objective of this visit was to make the students aware about the BSE. The do’s and dont’s of an investor and also creating awareness about the share market. Information related to IPOs, Primary Market and Secondary Market were shared with students.
Description: The students visited the BSE Pavilion at IITF and participated in the game FinHousie and also won Prizes. The students enjoyed and explored the Trade Fair afterwards. Students were enthusiastic in the event. They appeared on time and were happy participating in the game on investor awareness

ITS, Mohan Nagar, Ghaziabad – UG Campus participated in the IIC Regional meet 2023 organized by Ministry of Education’ Innovation cell and AICTE at Amity University, Noida on 23rd November 2023.
Prof. (Dr.) Sunil Kumar Pandey, Director-UG, Prof. Nancy Sharma, Vice Principal – UG, Dr. Yamini Negi, Associate Professor & IIC Coordinator and Ansh Chauhan (Student – BCA, Ist Year) attended and participated in the Regional Meet.
The event started with an inauguration session followed by Demonstration of Innovations/startup, Display of IIC Posters, Interactive sessions, and Udyami Bazar.
Mr. Dipan Sahu, Assistant Innovation Director, MIC, Dr. Jitendra Kumar, Managing Director, BIRAC, Prof. T.G. Sitharam, Chairman AICTE, Mr. Manoj Govil, Secretary, Ministry of Corporate Affairs addressed the audience during inaugural session.
In afternoon, inaugural session, poster gallery was visited by all distinguished members. There were three parallel sessions on Innovation and startups, knowledge sharing by IIC institutions and YUKTI Innovation Challenge where panelists shared their own startup journey.
The students discussed their queries in a one to one mentoring session with jury members from corporate and industry who also motivated the students to create new thoughts and innovative ideas. The problems faced by innovators from idea generation to final execution of the idea was also discussed with the jury members.

I.T.S. Mohan Nagar UG Campus Students participated in the Vaktavya, Debate Competition of Sri Guru Gobind Singh College of Commerce (Affiliated to DU) on 21st November 2023. 03 students of BBA 3rd year Komaljit Kaur, Palak Jain and Shivani participated in the debate on the topic “It came, It Saw, It Conquered: The threat of Emerging Artifical Intelligence”. The students competed with the students of IIT Delhi, Shri Guru Tegh Bahadur Khalsa College, and other premier DU Colleges.
The students were excited and performed exceptionally well. The crowd cheered them up while performing. They also learned from other competitors

Objective: The primary objective of a Nukkad Natak is taking a social message to a large group of people. This helps to create a sense of awareness in the society in which we live. Every Nukkad Natak has a specific public social theme and the actor who performs should posses the skill to exhibit and portrays the theme well. The dialogues are colloquial and should be rendered monotonously with a clear and loud voice. This kind of recitation in high pitch will leave a huge impact in the minds of people.
Description: Students participated in groups of 16-18 members as a team. The Motive of Nukkad Natak is to aware about the cancer & cancer causes, how its effect health, family and society. How a people save himself from this disease? The spectator of the act were the students of BBA & BCA of all years. They enjoyed and understood the cancer effects and pre-cautions.

A visit was conducted to NCUI to celebrate the 70th All India Cooperative Week cantered on the theme "Role of Cooperatives in Making India a $5 Trillion Economy and SDGs." Dignitaries, including Hon’ble Union Minister Shri Parshottam Rupala, highlighted cooperative societies' crucial role in economic growth and SDG alignment. Discussions focused on cooperative contributions to the $5 Trillion Economy, emphasizing collaboration for inclusive development. The week served as a platform for idea exchange, success celebration, and charting future paths for cooperatives to catalyze positive change in India's economic landscape, aligning with ambitious goals and SDGs.
During the educational visit, 1 first-year students, 27 from BBA and 24 from BCA, actively participated in an educational visit. They gained insights into diverse cooperative products and services nationwide. The visit highlighted the significance of marketing in cooperatives, with dignitaries discussing NCUI's pivotal role in aiding small businesses. The exchange of ideas enhanced students' understanding of cooperatives' role in economic development. The visit offered a practical learning experience, exposing BBA and BCA students to real-world cooperative initiatives and supportive infrastructure provided by organizations like NCUI.

A boot camp was scheduled on 9th November 2023 at Pratapgarh Farm Resorts in Haryana for BCA Ist semester students (Batch 2023 -2026). Total 358 students along with 16 faculty members reached at 10:00 AM to the venue. was greeted with a shower of flowers and with the jubilant sound of dhol. Just near the entry there was huge tables set up where all could sit and enjoy the delectable breakfast that was ready to be served. There were many different options for the cuisine, from chomein to chole bhature, all of which were delicious and traditional. The group was taken out to participate in various activities like, Camel Ride, river crossing, Rock Climbing, Cricket, Mud Bath, Dance on DJ, Zipline and many more. At 1:30 PM everyone assembled for lunch. After lunch the students again enjoy the adventure camp rides, some took rest for some time. At 3:30 pm all the students got settled down in the respective buses and arrived at the I.T.S gate at around 6:30 PM.
All the students enjoyed a lot and experience was amazing.

Total 200 students (100 from BBA and 100 from BCA) participated in the visit from Second Year of BBA and BCA. The students learned about various products and services that are being offered by various cooperatives from across the country. Cooperatives had come from all over the country including Punjab, Rajasthan & Uttaranchal. Our students went to various stalls and learnt about various intricacies of conducting different business. Not only manufacturing, but also students learnt about marketing concepts, wherein they learnt about how products were brought in from extreme corners of North-East to Delhi, and were also seeing at potential of export of such products.
Students were quite enthusiastic during the visit. They were happy after visiting NCUI. During the visit they learned a lot. They were disciplined and followed instructions of the faculty members. Overall, the experience was very good.

A boot camp was scheduled on 8th November 2023 at Pratapgarh Farm Resorts in Haryana for BBA Ist semester students (Batch 2023 -2026). Total 302 students went along with 14 faculty members. The students gathered at the institute gate at 7:00 am. and left at 7:30 am for Pratapgarh Farm Resorts. The group reached at 10:00 am to the venue. The students enjoyed a lot over there. The place was full of greenery and adventures. At the entrance the welcome was in the traditional way. The students saw a traditional culture like pottery, mehndi, camel ride and many more which was all very fascinating. The people over there were very cooperative and down to earth and were dressed in traditional outfit. The food was very tasty with a lot of variety and with a traditional touch to it. There was rain dance, mud bath and tube well too which gives you a traditional vibe. There was a puppet show which was very mesmerizing movement. The students also took a ride to boat. The whole place was very nice and explorative. The students enjoyed a lot .it was a memorable trip for all of us . Students were very happy. Thanks to the college I.T.S Mohan Nagar Ghaziabad for giving such an amazing opportunity for all the students to visit at such a traditional and enjoyable place.
