The 100-Hours Certification Program on Premier Banker was organized by ICT Academy under the Infosys Foundation for BBA 3rd Year Students to provide a comprehensive understanding of banking principles, practices, and skills necessary for aspiring professionals in the banking industry. The objectives of the program were to equip participants with essential banking knowledge required to excel in the modern financial landscape
Participants reported a significant improvement in their understanding of banking practices, digital banking trends, and customer management skills.

In continuous efforts to collaborate with the professional bodies, I.T.S Mohan Nagar–UG Campus organised Seminar on “New Legal Framework” in Association with Ghaziabad Chapter of NIRC of Institute of Company Secretaries of India. The Seminar had the eminent presence of CS B.Narasimhan , President ICSI as Chief Guest & Shri Arpit Chadha , Vice Chairman , I.T.S -The Education Group as Guest of Honour ,Prof.(Dr.) Sunil Kumar Pandey ( Director UG& IT ) also shared the stage along with other guests CS Shivam Sharma ( Chairman Ghaziabad Chapter ), CS Suresh Pandey ( Central Council Member) & Mr. Saakshar Duggal ( Advocate Delhi High Court) . Technical session was attended by members of ICSI & students and faculty members of UG-Campus.
Technical session concluded with band performance by the I.T.S students and the performance was cherished by the guests.

The session aimed to guide participants in selecting the most suitable skills for their future careers. The key resource persons were Mr. Kushal Dev Kashyap, Director at HCL GUVI in Noida, and Mr. Saransh Saxena, General Manager at HCL GUVI Noida. They shared valuable insights on career planning and skill development, helping attendees make informed decisions about their professional paths. Mr. Saransh Saxena started the session by throwing the light on glorious journey of HCL and technological challenges in IT industry. Mr. Kushal Dev Kashyap emphasized the importance of re-skilling in the IT industry to keep up with its rapid changes. He highlighted that future-proof IT techniques are essential to ensure a consistent supply of skilled IT professionals. He also discussed the blueprint of Future Proof IT Techniques and the key ingredients of Future Proof IT Techniques. Different opportunities in IT sector were told to students like AI, Cloud Computing, UI/UX Design, Data Analytics, Data Science, Digital Marketing, Block Chain, Big Data, DevOps and many more. He motivated the students towards the requirement of updating of technology. He explain the Rule based programming, AI, Machine learning, Data science, Data Analytics, Digital marketing etc. He suggested all the students to create the github account and post some quality project on them to make students employed overall the session was very informative.

The focus of session was on deciding the right skill as future career option.Mr. Kushal Dev Kashyap, Director HCL GUVI, Noida, Mr. Saransh Saxena , General Manager HCL GUVI Noida were the key resource person of this session. Mr. Saransh Saxena started the session by throwing the light on glorious journey of HCL and technological challenges in IT industry. He said that in order to keep pace with changing IT industry there is a need of re-skilling the IT brains. During the session Mr. Kushal Dev Kashyap said that there is a need of Future Proof IT Techniques so that there is no scarcity of skilled IT professionals. He has discussed the blueprint of Future Proof IT Techniques. He has also discussed the key ingredients of Future Proof IT Techniques. Different opportunities in IT sector were told to students like AI, Cloud Computing, UI/UX Design, Data Analytics, Data Science, Digital Marketing, Block Chain, Big Data, DevOps and many more.
The session was very useful for the students with considering the doubts about better selection of career path. Students were very much satisfied, well-disciplined and happy during the complete session.

Inaugural Ceremony
The inaugural ceremony commenced with an address by Dr. Sunil Kumar Pandey, Director of the I.T.S UG Campus. He elucidated the significance of PREP 2024 in enhancing students' skills for the recruiting season. He underscored that our future success is a direct result of the effort and dedication we invest today.
Prof. Nancy Sharma, Vice Principal of I.T.S UG Campus, addressed the gathering, highlighting the extensive planning and preparations made to enhance students' development and employability. She encouraged students to embrace this module with dedication and enthusiasm, urging them to make the most of the resources and guidance provided.
Prof. Aadil Khan, Chairperson of the BBA Program, outlined the program's objectives and detailed the PREP Module, which includes technical, HR, soft skills, communication, and Aptitude training. She extended her best wishes to the students, encouraging them to become successful professionals in the IT industry.
Pre-Assessment Test
After the inaugural ceremony, A pre-assessment test was administered to evaluate the students' existing knowledge and skills across multiple domains. The test was conducted to test students’ technical competencies, communication & soft skills, aptitude, and managerial competencies. This assessment helped to identify areas where students needed improvement.

Session on Session on Personal Traits and Industry Expectations
Author Sherry, a motivational speaker, business coach, and author, delivered an insightful session on the journey from campus to corporate. He provided students with invaluable guidance on shaping their careers in this dynamic field, emphasizing the importance of both technical and non-technical skills. Sherry highlighted the need for strong problem-solving abilities, critical thinking, and continuous learning. Additionally, he stressed the significance of soft skills such as communication, teamwork, and leadership for career growth and success in the industry.
The session concluded with an engaging Q&A round, where author Sherry cleared all doubts of the participants. This interactive session allowed students to gain clarity on their career aspirations and the steps needed to achieve their goals.
Quantitative Aptitude Session
Post Lunch students were provided a session on Quantitative Aptitude. The session was designed to strengthen the students' mathematical foundation, which is crucial for aptitude tests in placement exams.
Prof. Geeta Chauhan & Prof. Vikas Kumar, Assistant Professor, I.T.S UG Campus conducted a session on quantitative aptitude, focusing on the basics of the number system and divisibility rules. They covered topics like fundamental concepts of numbers and key divisibility rules.
Session on Soft Skills & Emotional Intelligence
The session on ‘Soft Skills’ was organized for BBA students (Batch 2022-25). The session aimed to develop strong soft skills. The resource person, Prof. Munna Mishra Professor, I.T.S UG Campus led a session on the importance of soft skills in one's career. He highlighted how soft skills are critical in the workplace and various techniques to improve communication, teamwork, and leadership abilities

 The Session on emotional intelligence by Dr. Neerja Anand, Professor, I.T.S UG Campus was highly informative and engaging. It provided students with valuable tools and techniques to enhance their emotional intelligence, which is essential for personal development and career success. The practical insights and interactive approach ensured that the students left with a clear understanding of how to apply emotional intelligence in their daily lives.
Day 1 of the Placement Readiness Enhancement Program (PREP- 2024) was ended with a sense of pursuit delight. The programme helped participants feel happy and revitalised on a mental and emotional level.

ITS UG Campus nominated two faculty members namely, Dr. Neerja Anand and Prof. Pragya Chauhan to attend the “Two Days Training cum Exposure Visit on Innovation & Entrepreneurship” organized by Institution’s Innovation Council (IIC), ITS Engineering College, Greater Noida on July 23 & 24, 2024.
Objective: The objective of this awareness program was to enlighten the faculty members about different Start-up Services & Policy Mechanisms for Innovations & Entrepreneurship, make them understand the process of Pre-Incubation and Incubation Facility Creation, to impart gainful insights on IPR Filing & Management and to have discussion on Sustainable Innovation and Entrepreneurship Development.
Description: The Training cum Exposure Visit was focused on Innovation & Entrepreneurship. On Day 1, Two sessions were planned. The resource person Mr. Manveen Chadda, Senior Manager (Incubation), FITT, IIT Delhi told about various Start-up services and policy mechanisms for Innovations & Entrepreneurs. Dr. V. K Arora, CEO IGDTUW Anveshan Foundation, New Delhi gave his presentation on Pre-Incubation and Incubation Facility Creation. The Session was very knowledgeable. After the session, an Incubation Exposure Visit to Narvachna Foundation & Newgen IEDC was conducted.
On Day 2, three sessions were organised. The Resource Person Ms. Pooja Kumar, Founder & Director Innove Intellects LLP took the session on IPR Filing & Management. Mr. Dewansh Poddar, Program Manager, FITT, IIT Delhi told about Sustainable Innovation and Mr. Ankit Sharma, CEO- UPROI Digital Pvt. Ltd. had discussion on Entrepreneurship Development.
After the session all faculty members were taken to the Visit in Coca Cola Happiness Factory Moon Beverages Ltd.
All attendees were given a certificate of participation.

He emphasized the importance of both technical and non-technical skills, highlighting problem-solving abilities, critical thinking, and continuous learning. Additionally, he focused on the significance of soft skills such as communication, teamwork, and leadership for career growth and success in the IT industry.

ITS Mohan Nagar, Ghaziabad UG Campus organized a visit to Vigyan Bhawan, New Delhi for BBA & BCA students to attend the Launch of Digital Shakti Phase 5.0 by National Commission for Women (NCW) and CyberPeace on July 05, 2024 followed by two Panel Discussions.
The inaugural ceremony was graced by Shri. Sanjay Seth Minister of State for Defence; Shri S. P. Baghel Minister of State for Fisheries, Animal Husbandry and Dairy Farming; Ms. Meenakshi Negi, Member Secretary- NCW; Ms. Rekha Sharma, Chairperson NCW and Major Vineet from CyberPeace. The NCW launched their podcast “Navchetna” and a book on Digital Safety. The chairperson shared that NCW and CyberPeace have so far trained more than 6 lakh women to stay safe in cyber world and their target is to reach at least 10 lakh women to be cyber safe and create a world record.
The event was attended by resource persons from tech companies, Academia, civil society, embassies, Govt. Organizations, Armed Force Personnels, Asha & Angandwadi workers, Police Women, students and Faculty Members.
The event followed up with a Panel Discussion on “Empowering Women through Digital Skills” in which Dr. Sunil Kumar Pandey, Director-IT participated as a Panelist along with Dr. Subi Chaturvedi from InMobi; Mr. Varun Sakhuja, Director- Mastercard; Mr. Rohit Kumar, Zoom India; and Ms. Dinu Raheja, ED, Lead (TGELF). Dr. Pandey shared various tips and cues that women can utilize to be cyber safe and also shed light on how technological intervention in rural areas is bringing phenomenal changes. The other panelists urged for more representation of women in STEM, de-gender jobs, give confidence to women that women can do it and excel in any field. Designer and developer should be women so that they bring their perspective in the designs. The discussion was moderated by Ms. Sanna Kaushal
The second Panel Discussion was on Effects of Cyber Bullying and Trolling on Psychology of an Individual” with panelists Dr Shalini Singh, Asso. Prof, NDDTC-AIIMS; Dr. Manoj, NIMHANS; Ms. Pooja Kinger, Homeland Security Investigation, US embassy; Dr. Rashmi Sharma, CP/Director, 14C, MHA; Mr. Rakesh Maheshwari, Former Sr. Director & Grp. Coordinator, MeiTY. Mr. Kushwant Singh, Author, Former State Info. Commissioner, Punjab and CEO Intelliflicks moderated the discussion. The outcomes of the discussion were that cyber bullying and trolling create a deep-rooted impact on the psyche of a person and they get suicidal thoughts or the urge to harm themselves. They also shared various tips as to how an individual can keep oneself safe from these cyber predators. They also urged young children to not post any personal videos, images and posts on social media to prevent their misuse in cybercrimes.
The entire session was very informative and enlightening for the students who were attentive throughout the discussions and pledged to use social media judiciously and in a cautious manner following all safety protocols. The 100 students of BBA & BCA program were accompanied by Prof. Amit Singh, Prof. Shivoham Tiwari, Prof. Shweta Kumar, Prof. Vikas Kumar, Prof. Amit Sharma and Dr. Neerja Anand.

The Savi movie focused on social issues and women empowerment, providing both entertainment and meaningful content for the students. BBA 2nd Year students went to ADITYA MALL to watch the movie. It's impressive that the students-maintained discipline throughout the entire duration of the movie. Faculty members, Dr. Anubha Srivastava, Prof. Raghvendra Kumar, & Prof. Manish Gupta accompanied with the students. Movie was highly entertaining and students enjoyed to their fullest.

The Academic Excellence Award & Felicitation Ceremony started on a grand note by welcoming our eminent guests and presenting a memento by Dr. Sunil Kumar Pandey, Director-IT & UG. Prof. Nupur Sidh introduced the students about the event. The event concluded with the participation of 1000+ Meritorious Students of over 1000+ Schools in Delhi-NCR, who secured 75% or more marks in their 12th Board Examinations. The event also witnessed participation from 72 Teachers & 35 Principals of various leading Schools of Delhi-NCR who were awarded with Academic Excellence Award for their contribution in School Education. The students were awarded with a certificate of merit and a medal while the Principals and Teachers were bestowed with mementos. The session ended with a thank you note by Prof. Rama Rani Mishra.
