In a moment dedicated to honouring leadership and commitment, the Investiture Ceremony for the Newly Elected Student Council (2025–2026) of the BBA and BCA programmes marked an important milestone in recognising student leadership. The event formally felicitated the new council members as they stepped into their roles for the upcoming academic year. It aimed to inspire responsibility, teamwork, and a strong sense of commitment among the leaders. The ceremony also honoured the Former Heads, President, and Secretary of the Batch 2024–2025 for their dedicated service. The gathering reflected unity, inspiration, and the promise of a progressive academic year ahead.
The event was formally inaugurated by Dean Academic & HOD-BCA -Dr Vidushi Singh, HOD-BBA -Prof. Aadil Khan and the UG Club Conveners, Dr. Mala Shharma, Prof. Divyanshu Chauhan & Prof. Pragya Chauhan, who graced the occasion with their presence. In the event, Student Council Heads, Council Committees and President & Office Bearers/Secretary of 20 Clubs were felicitated.

The session was conducted by BBA Alumna Ms Karishma who is working as a senior Business
Analyst at Optum . Optum India is the global capability center of UnitedHealth Group (UHG).
which is creating a more accessible and affordable health system.
Ms Karishma in her session shared her journey from BBA to Optum which included Challenges
and Opportunities which came her way and how she was able to meet up the challenges of the
corporate world .She emphasized how her juniors should prepare themselves for the corporate
world and the key to success are awareness, alertness, and confidence.
The event received an overwhelming response from the students, who enthusiastically
participated and asked queries to their senior on what skills they need to develop to prepare
themselves for the corporate world.

The “Screen & Narrate Competition” opened a dynamic stage for our young innovators to unleash their imagination; be it through drama, jingles, logos, or creative storytelling. Advertising is an art mastered by a gifted few, and this competition became the perfect canvas for those bright minds to shine, inspire, and captivate their audience. Driven by this idea, the Theatre Club proudly hosted the “Screen & Share Competition”, igniting an electrifying wave of excitement among participants. As they prepared for the challenge, their energy soared to new heights. The event not only celebrated their remarkable acting talent but also revealed their quick thinking, spontaneity, and cognitive brilliance turning the stage into a vibrant showcase of creativity and skill.
Students were judged on the basis of creativity & Originality, Acting skills, Script and content quality, Stage presence and confidence and Coordination and Teamwork
Winners of the events were awarded Certificates and Trophy to boost the morale of our students.

Description: Role Play Competition which was simulation based role play’s enacted by UG Students on real life world cases with themes like leadership, conflict resolution, soft skills and interpersonal skills. Total 5 teams acted role plays on real life scenarios
which was designed exclusively for UG students. This engaging event aimed to help students develop crucial interpersonal skills, conflict resolution, Negotiation and soft skills required to survive in the corporate world.
The event consists of various Role Plays divided in sub themes such as employee retention and motivation, Office Ethics & Team Communication, Al in HR - Friend or Foe, Work-Life Balance & Employee Care, Fair Pay & Equality, Technology in HR. These Role Plays were crafted to inspire teamwork, ignite creativity, and enhance problem-solving abilities.
The event received enthusiastic participation from students who were registered & shortlisted.
All the teams participated with a lot of excitement and passion. The winners, first runner up and second runner-up teams were felicitated with awards for their excellence

Description: I.T.S, Mohan Nagar, Ghaziabad organized a LOU Signing Ceremony with National Institute of Securities Markets (NISM) , Mumbai , & Session on “Career Opportunities in the Securities Market and role of NISM “ on November 13th ,2025 . This alliance is an excellent opportunity for our students to explore the various avenues in finance domain.
A significant highlight of the event was the formal signing of the LOU between Mr. Sanjeev Bajaj General Manager, National Institute of Securities Markets (NISM) , Mumbai , and Prof. (Dr.) Nancy Sharma - Principal – UG Campus I.T.S along with Prof. (Dr.) Sunil Kr. Pandey, Director-I.T.S . This partnership will enable students to have exposure to various certifications and e-learning courses designed by NISM . Moreover, students will also have the opportunity to visit NISM campus for study tours. Mr. Sanjeev Bajaj , explained to the students various opportunities available in the capital market as research analyst , compliance officer , etc.. He also answered various queries of the students citing practical and real time examples.

Yoga at Your Desk session aimed at promoting physical well-being, mental clarity, and stress reduction through simple yoga techniques that can be practiced right at one’s desk. This session encouraged the students to incorporate short, effective wellness breaks into their daily routines for holistic health and development. Ms Sakshi Rawat, Yoga coach and International Yoga Champion emphasized upon breathing and basic exercises to improve focus and calm the mind. The students learned about chair-based stretches for neck rolls, shoulder rotations, spinal twists, wrist and finger stretches.

The distinguished session was conducted by Prof. Robert Green, Professor of Forensic Science & Director of Student Engagement, University of Kent, Canterbury, Kent, United Kingdom. His expertise and deep knowledge provided students with profound insights into the application of analytical reasoning within forensic contexts.
Prof. Green discussed crucial concepts such as Conditional Probability, Case Assessment, Evidential Interpretation, and the Hierarchy of Propositions, illustrating them through a practical case study. His ability to simplify complex forensic principles while connecting them to real-world analytical processes created a highly engaging and thought-provoking learning environment.
The lecture emphasized the importance of structured reasoning, careful incident management, and evidence-based interpretation—skills highly relevant for students’ academic and professional growth.
The session was remarkably inspiring, enriching both faculty and students with a deeper understanding of logical reasoning and case-based learning approaches. The interactive participation and curiosity shown by the audience made the event impactful and memorable.

I.T.S Mohan Nagar UG Campus Students Participated in Manthan’25- Fest organized by ABES
Engineering College- on 08.11.25. Total 04 students of BCA & BBA Participated in the Solo Dance,
Solo Singing and Duet Singing Competition. Our BBA students, Sarthak Sharma (Batch 2023-26) and
Lakshya Maurya (Batch 2023-26) participated in Duet Singing and won first Prize in the competition.
The students got Medals, Cash Prizes and Certificates. Our BCA students, Hemant Sharma (Batch
2024-27) and Khushi Baghel (Batch 2024-27) participated in Solo Dance and gave tough competition
to other colleges.
Congratulations to all winners and participants. We commend your dedication, hard work and efforts.

The visit aimed to engage students and faculty with the star cast of the upcoming movie “Jassi
Weds Jassi”. The visit provided an opportunity to gain firsthand insights into the film’s concept,
production process, and the creative vision behind its making, while ensuring an enjoyable and
memorable experience for all participants. The event began with a felicitation ceremony
conducted by Shri Arpit Chadha, Vice Chairman, I.T.S – The Education Group; he
felicitated the star cast and conveyed gratitude on behalf of the Institution. Dr. Nancy Sharma,
Principal, I.T.S Mohan Nagar (UG Campus) & Dr. Sunil Kumar Pandey, Director, I.T.S
Mohan Nagar (IT & PG), extended a formal welcome to the distinguished star cast.

Description:
The Workshop on Data Visualization and Storytelling using Power BI for BBA Batch
2025–2028 aimed to enhance students’ understanding of data analytics, visualization techniques,
and the art of presenting insights effectively through Power BI. The session focused on enabling
students to translate complex data into meaningful visual narratives for better decision-making
and strategic communication.
Participants learned to create interactive dashboards, develop insightful reports, and convey data-
driven stories using visualization principles. The workshop emphasized the role of storytelling in
business analytics, helping students grasp how visual representation of data can influence
interpretation and action in corporate environments.
The workshop was designed to improve students’ analytical thinking, technical proficiency, and
communication skills. It encouraged them to explore the power of data in shaping business
strategies and decision-making processes. Students actively engaged in hands-on activities,
demonstrating enthusiasm and curiosity in applying Power BI tools to real-world data scenarios.
This initiative significantly enhanced students’ analytical and visualization capabilities,
promoted data-driven thinking, and motivated them to leverage technology for effective business
communication and reporting.
The event proved to be a valuable learning experience, strengthening students’ practical
knowledge of business analytics tools and fostering confidence in using modern data
visualization techniques for professional growth.
