The valedictory session was addressed by Shri Nikhil Kassetty, Software Architect (Python &
Django Transformation) at Intuit, Atlanta, Georgia, USA, and Executive Fellow at The Digital
Economist, Washington DC. More than 250 students participated through Zoom and benefitted
from his insights on the emerging paradigm of Agentic AI and its transformative applications in
industry and technology.
Introduction to Agentic AI: The session explained how Agentic AI goes beyond traditional
models by acting with autonomy, memory, and self-direction. Unlike single-output systems, AI
agents are goal-driven, executing multi-step objectives with memory and feedback loops.
 Core Components of AI Agents:
o Planner – breaking goals into subtasks.
o Executor – performing actions using APIs, tools, or functions.
o Memory – storing learnings and decisions.
o Reflector – evaluating outcomes and improving behavior.
 Agent Execution Loop: A detailed explanation of the cycle Perceive → Plan → Act →
Reflect that enables self-correction and adaptability.
 Advanced Enablers: Introduction to Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), Vector
Databases, Agent Frameworks, and Large Foundation Models.
 Applications Across Sectors: From CRM, sales, and customer support agents in business
operations to manufacturing, supply chain monitoring, and engineering simulations in
industry.
 Becoming Agent-Ready: The session concluded with encouragement for students to
experiment with simple task-based agents, ensure data readiness, and adopt secure
deployment practices.
The session was highly interactive, with enthusiastic student participation through queries on
RAG, finance applications of AI, and API integration.
Conclusion
The valedictory session provided a futuristic perspective on Artificial Intelligence, bridging the
journey from foundational skills in Python and SQL to the advanced and autonomous world of
Agentic AI. The 5-day workshop proved to be a transformative learning experience, aligning
