To enrich student’s learning, foster engagement, critical thinking and communication skills a two-hour Panel Discussion on various themes like 1. Integrating sustainability into corporate strategy. 2. The Role of Ethical Leadership in Corporate Sustainability. 3. Employee Engagement and Sustainability. 4. Measuring and Communicating Sustainability Impact. The event was organized at UG Board Room for BBA/BCA Students, where students participated in two panels and there were one moderators in each panel, who facilitated discussion and engaged students in panel discussion, students presented their views on different themes like Employee engagement and sustainability and The role of Ethical leadership in corporate sustainability. As the panel discussion proceeded, students learnt collaborative learning besides enhanced their critical thinking and problem solving. It helped them to develop their cognition they utilized it to present their ideas. Students learnt to respect different perspectives which engaged them in constructive dialogue. Panel Discussion ended in good atmosphere and it was a great learning curve for every participant. The Judge of event was Prof. Nidhi.
