The Yoga Club Live Young of I.T.S Mohan Nagar, Ghaziabad (UG Campus) organized a 3-Day Heartfulness Programme on “Resilient Leadership: Mastering Mind for Peak Performance” for BBA & BCA first-year students.

The sessions by Mr. Gaurav Sharma, Mr. N.K. Gupta, and Mrs. Meenu Gupta focused on meditation, mental stability, and emotional resilience.

Yoga Club

Some of the important Yoga benefits include anti-ageing, balance and flexibility of body, increase in knowledge and wealth, improvement in mental health and development of personal and social values. This is not the end of story; Yoga also helps in improving strength and reducing weight. Its strengthening.  Therefore to make our students aware about the benefits of Yoga and for practicing Yoga at I.T.S UG campus a Yoga Club is being introduced.
