is digital technologies reshaping business-models, data and connectivity redefining
value chains, or societal changes demanding new leadership mindsets. Principal
UG – Dr. Nancy Sharma emphasized the need for future-ready leadership in an age
of disruption. She said Transformation means embracing change—not just reacting

disruption in content, audience behaviour, monetisation and leadership in the

mobility transformation, EVs, supply-chain shocks, and how direction and
transformation interlink in manufacturing.
The CXO Summit 2025 organised by ITS College, Ghaziabad successfully
convened high-level thinkers and practitioners around the imperative of next-gen
leadership in an era of disruption, transformation and direction. The blend of
academic, industry and student perspectives created a rich dialogue, and the event

forward. With appropriate follow-through—through mentoring, research-
collaboration, curriculum alignment and community building—the event’s
momentum can translate into lasting value for students, faculty and industry alike.
