
The objective of this PREP Module is to sensitize the students with Soft skill development, Java Programming skill , Mathematical and aptitude learning , Aptitude test Preparation. Session : 1 Session 1 was taken by Dr. Aniket . In his session ,he covered many important topics like : • Importance of aptitude in placement tests • Introduction to divisibility rules • Divisibility rules for numbers 5,6,8,11 etc . • Shortcut techniques to check divisibility quickly . • Practice questions and live problem-solving . • Tips and tricks to solve problems under time constraints. Students expressed interest in having such sessions on topics like LCM & HCF. They also asked many queries and doubts in this session. Session :2 Second session was taken by Prof. Amit Singh & Prof. Monika Kansal. The session aimed was to introduce students to the fundamentals of Java programming to help students understand Java syntax, structure, and key programming concepts to lay a strong foundation for future software development or placement preparation. The following topics were covered during the two-hour interactive session: History of Java ,JDK, JVM,JRE, JIT Static block,Abstract Classes, Interfaces, Method overloading, Method overriding. Session :3 Third session was taken by Pro. Anjali Gupta . The session aimed to improve students’ command over English vocabulary and grammar, which are essential for effective communication, competitive exams, academic writing, and professional development. In her session , she explained many new important words and their use in corporate .She also explained ,how an employee in the company can grow by using a good quality words .She also explained that a good communication is also important for good placements , growth in the company . Session :4 Fourth session was taken by Prof. Munna Mishra . The purpose of the session was to enhance students’ soft skills, which play a vital role in personal development and career readiness. The session focused on communication, teamwork, leadership, adaptability, and interpersonal skills—all of which are crucial for academic success and professional growth.
