An Intra college competition held on February 25, 2025 at 2:00 pm, for all students of BBA/BCA at UG I Board
Room, where students participated in Intra college Photo Scavenger Hunt Competition wherein they presented their
original photograph based on the themes provided on the spot. Merit and participations certificates, trophieswere awarded
to the performers.
The Judge for the day was Prof. Divyanshu Chauhan, Assistant professor, ITS Mohan Nagar.
The event received enthusiastic participation. The students participated with a lot of excitement and fervor.
Great photography is about depth of feeling, not depth of field. Photos create memories that takes us back to the
special events. Photos speaks itself. Photos may also help to raise some issues. The Motive Behind this event
was to Challenge participants to think quickly and adapt to changing circumstances, and capturing images
within a limited timeframe. It helped the students to learn to look into the things with a unique angle.
Competition helped out students to check their creative thinking.

In collaboration with Association of Mutual Funds in India (AMFI), ITS Mohan Nagar (UG
Campus) organized a one day workshop for BBA 2nd-year students (Batch 2023-2026) on
"Financial Empowerment Through Investment ". The guests of the event Shri Suryakant
Sharma (Sr. Consultant AMFI, Former DGM SEBI) and Dr. Kapil Garg (Assistant Professor -
Sri Aurobindo College, University of Delhi) briefed students on below mentioned topics
1. To enhanced financial literacy and investment knowledge among BBA students.
2. To improve financial decision-making skills and risk management strategies.
3. To increased awareness of investment options and strategies.
4. To empowered students to take control of their personal finances and invest for their future.

Institute of Technology and Science, Mohan Nagar, Ghaziabad has organized a Guest Lecture on
guest lecture for BCA Second year (Batch 23-26 ) students on “The New Era of Software
Engineering Tools & Technologies” on 24th February 2025 from 11:00am- 1:00 pm.   The
Guest lecture has carried on by Mr. Vishal Srivastava , Liferay Architect, Solihull, United
Kingdom.
This lecture has expose students with insights into the real time use of Software engineering and
Software engineering is important for their career. In the start of the session , the guest brief
about the software engineering models & Importance of Software Engineering in the Corporate
World. The speaker elaborated on how software engineering plays a crucial role in the development and
management of software products in various industries. Different Roles in an Organization such as
Software Developers, Quality Assurance (QA) Testers, Project Managers, and Business Analysts were
discussed, along with their responsibilities in the software development process. He also told about the
significance of proper documentation in software development, including requirement specifications,
design documents, and user manuals, was highlighted. In the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC),
the speaker explained the different phases of SDLC—Requirement Analysis, Design, Development,
Testing, Deployment, and Maintenance. In the development Models , he discussed about Various
development models, including Waterfall, Agile, and Scrum, were discussed, emphasizing their
applicability in different project scenarios gave some introduction to Key Software Tools such as Liferay
Software: A platform for enterprise-level web application development. He also gave an idea about JIRA
Software: A widely used tool for project management, Agile workflows, and issue tracking.

GM, Human Resource and Administration at Yakult Danone India Pvt. Ltd.
It highlighted the role of human resources, technology, and process optimization in enhancing
productivity. Resource Person shared real-world examples, emphasizing the crucial role of
Human resourcein effective operations Management.Key takeaways included strategies for
streamlining workflows, leveraging data-driven decision-making, and fostering a culture of
continuous improvement. The session emphasized the importance of aligning people, processes,
and technology to achieve operational excellence.

I.T.S Mohan Nagar UG Campus Student, Hardik Raghuvanshi (BCA 2 nd Year) Participated in the
prestigious National Social Summit of IIT Roorkee and represented honorable “Prime Minister of
India” at “Model United Nations (MUN) at All India Political Party Meet” on 22.02.2025 &
23.02.2025. This prestigious two-day conference brought together leaders, professionals, and
students to engage in discussions and lectures on diverse topics that are central to contemporary
social issues. Over the two days, he attended various guest lectures, panel discussions, and
workshops led by distinguished experts from diverse fields. The topics covered were Sustainable
Development, Social Entrepreneurship, Innovative Education Models and Policy changes required

Fine Arts Club -“ARTEA” of Institute of Technology and Science, Mohan Nagar, Ghaziabad has
organized a “BEST OUT OF WASTE COMPETITION” for students of BBA & BCA on 21
February, 2025. This competition aimed to promote creativity, sustainability, and environmental
consciousness among participants by encouraging them to transform everyday waste materials
into artistic or functional pieces.
In the Best Out Of Waste Competition, Students created useful objects using a variety of
materials such as magazines, newspapers, colored paper, and recycled materials. This
competition was a resounding success, not only in terms of participation but also in raising
awareness about the importance of recycling and reusing materials. The event provided an
excellent opportunity for participants to engage in meaningful activities while showcasing their
creativity.
The judges for the event was Prof. Munna Mishra, Associate Professor and Prof. Purnima
Raina, Assistant Professor
Kanak of BCA II year Sec-C bagged the first position. Ayush Sharma of BCA II year Sec-G
bagged second position. Tanvi Vashishtha of BCA II Year Sec-G bagged third position.

application of lattices theory. Its aim is to enhance understanding of order relations, lattices
Structures, and their significance in algebra, Cryptography and Computational mathematics,
providing insights into real - world Problem- Solving and research advancement in this field.
Mr. Rajpal Rajbhar conducted an insightful guest lecture attended by 174 BCA 1st-year
students, focusing on partial order sets and lattices. He provided valuable guidance, helping
students understand fundamental concepts and their practical applications. The interactive
session allowed students to apply key insights in real time, reinforcing their learning through
hands-on exercises. This engaging approach not only enhanced their grasp of the topic but
also equipped them with essential analytical skills. The session successfully contributed to
their academic growth, preparing them to apply these concepts effectively in their future
