A visit was conducted to NCUI to celebrate the 70th All India Cooperative Week cantered on the theme "Role of Cooperatives in Making India a $5 Trillion Economy and SDGs." Dignitaries, including Hon’ble Union Minister Shri Parshottam Rupala, highlighted cooperative societies' crucial role in economic growth and SDG alignment. Discussions focused on cooperative contributions to the $5 Trillion Economy, emphasizing collaboration for inclusive development. The week served as a platform for idea exchange, success celebration, and charting future paths for cooperatives to catalyze positive change in India's economic landscape, aligning with ambitious goals and SDGs.
During the educational visit, 1 first-year students, 27 from BBA and 24 from BCA, actively participated in an educational visit. They gained insights into diverse cooperative products and services nationwide. The visit highlighted the significance of marketing in cooperatives, with dignitaries discussing NCUI's pivotal role in aiding small businesses. The exchange of ideas enhanced students' understanding of cooperatives' role in economic development. The visit offered a practical learning experience, exposing BBA and BCA students to real-world cooperative initiatives and supportive infrastructure provided by organizations like NCUI.

A boot camp was scheduled on 9th November 2023 at Pratapgarh Farm Resorts in Haryana for BCA Ist semester students (Batch 2023 -2026). Total 358 students along with 16 faculty members reached at 10:00 AM to the venue. was greeted with a shower of flowers and with the jubilant sound of dhol. Just near the entry there was huge tables set up where all could sit and enjoy the delectable breakfast that was ready to be served. There were many different options for the cuisine, from chomein to chole bhature, all of which were delicious and traditional. The group was taken out to participate in various activities like, Camel Ride, river crossing, Rock Climbing, Cricket, Mud Bath, Dance on DJ, Zipline and many more. At 1:30 PM everyone assembled for lunch. After lunch the students again enjoy the adventure camp rides, some took rest for some time. At 3:30 pm all the students got settled down in the respective buses and arrived at the I.T.S gate at around 6:30 PM.
All the students enjoyed a lot and experience was amazing.

Total 200 students (100 from BBA and 100 from BCA) participated in the visit from Second Year of BBA and BCA. The students learned about various products and services that are being offered by various cooperatives from across the country. Cooperatives had come from all over the country including Punjab, Rajasthan & Uttaranchal. Our students went to various stalls and learnt about various intricacies of conducting different business. Not only manufacturing, but also students learnt about marketing concepts, wherein they learnt about how products were brought in from extreme corners of North-East to Delhi, and were also seeing at potential of export of such products.
Students were quite enthusiastic during the visit. They were happy after visiting NCUI. During the visit they learned a lot. They were disciplined and followed instructions of the faculty members. Overall, the experience was very good.

A boot camp was scheduled on 8th November 2023 at Pratapgarh Farm Resorts in Haryana for BBA Ist semester students (Batch 2023 -2026). Total 302 students went along with 14 faculty members. The students gathered at the institute gate at 7:00 am. and left at 7:30 am for Pratapgarh Farm Resorts. The group reached at 10:00 am to the venue. The students enjoyed a lot over there. The place was full of greenery and adventures. At the entrance the welcome was in the traditional way. The students saw a traditional culture like pottery, mehndi, camel ride and many more which was all very fascinating. The people over there were very cooperative and down to earth and were dressed in traditional outfit. The food was very tasty with a lot of variety and with a traditional touch to it. There was rain dance, mud bath and tube well too which gives you a traditional vibe. There was a puppet show which was very mesmerizing movement. The students also took a ride to boat. The whole place was very nice and explorative. The students enjoyed a lot .it was a memorable trip for all of us . Students were very happy. Thanks to the college I.T.S Mohan Nagar Ghaziabad for giving such an amazing opportunity for all the students to visit at such a traditional and enjoyable place.

UG Campus takes immense pleasure in announcing and celebrating the remarkable accomplishments of Yashasvi Sharma, a distinguished student enrolled in the BCA 1st Year program (2023-2026). Yashasvi has exhibited exceptional prowess in the discipline of Karate, earning notable recognition in the recently concluded CCS University Inter-Collegiate Tournament held on 30th November in Meerut (2023), where he secured the esteemed 3rd position.
This achievement is a testament to Yashasvi's dedication, hard work, and outstanding talent in Karate.
On behalf of the UG Campus community, we extend our heartfelt congratulations to Yashasvi Sharma. May this accomplishment serve as a stepping stone to even greater heights, and we wish him continued success and triumph in all his future endeavours.

A presentation on Indian Start-up/Unicorns titled Prastuti was organized by the E-Cell Lakshya under the IIC celebration activity (Institution’s Innovation Day to commemorate the birth anniversary of Dr APJ Abdul Kalam on Oct. 15, 2023).
Objective: The objective of the activity was to make the students aware of the various start-ups / unicorns of India, the societal needs they are catering to and the international exposure being received by the Indian Entrepreneurs.
Description: A total of 55 students from BBA & BCA, 1st & 2nd year registered for the event out of which 45 students gave their presentation as individual or as a team. Each team/individual was allotted a time limit of 15 minutes for presenting their PowerPoint Templates. The students covered the Unicorns/Start-ups like Paytm & Pine Labs (Fintech), Zomato & Swiggy (Food Delivery), Flipkart, Purplle & Nykaa (e-commerce), Physicswallah (EdTech), Udaan (B2B Trading), Cred, OneCard, etc. The judgment was done on the basis of content coverage, communication, confidence, slide design and animation used. Three teams were adjudged the winners who were awarded with cash prize and certificate of merit. All other participants were given certificate of participation.
Learning Outcomes: The entire event was full of insightful learnings for the participants as they learnt the business jargons like funding, seed capital, valuation, SWOT, strategy formulation, competition, etc. They also learnt many management principles like Time Management, Stress Management, use of verbal and non-verbal skills in communication, self-confidence, etc. while giving their presentations. The event also kindled the desire amongst the students to establish their own ideas into start-ups.

First Position: Khushi Pandey & Shreya Sharma (BBA III Sem, Sec- C)
Second Position: Ansh Sharma (BCA I Sem, Sec- E)
Third Position: Pakhi Saxena (BBA III Sem, Sec- B)

Cash Prize of Rs. 2100/-, 1500/- & 1100/- along with Certificates of Merit were awarded to the respective winners. All participants were given a Certificate of Participation

On October 19, 2023 I.T.S Mohan Nagar, Ghaziabad had organized an industrial visit to SEBI, Rajendra place, New Delhi. The students of the First Year of BBA & BCA visited the plant and experienced the Knowledge of SEBI (regulatory Body), depositories and Stock Market. During visit the students learned about the regulatory bodies, depositories, IPO, Stock market Trading Platforms. In the Conference Hall of the organization, lecture was attended by the students wherein an overview of the SEBI, Stock market, depositories was given by the resource persons.
Students were quite enthusiastic during the visit. They appeared on time and were happy after visiting SEBI. During the visit they learned a lot. They asked many questions from the experts and also replied to all the questions asked by the experts during lecture and visit. The experts explained the process of stock market in detail and also threw a light on historical development of SEBI. Overall, the experience was very good.

In continuous efforts to enhance the skills and mind-set of our students, Finance club of I.T.S UG campus organized Workshop on “Problem Solving and Ideation” for BBA & BCA 1st Year students. Trainer of the workshop Ms. RITA SENGUPTA has 34 years of Experience in Training, Research and Consultancy in Achievement Motivation, Entrepreneurship Development and Education, Motivation and Excellence, Women Empowerment, Livelihoods &Micro Enterprise, Training Pedagogy and Impact Assessment. At present she is associated with NIESBUD, Noida (Ministry of Skill Development and Entrepreneurship, GOI ), Management Development Institute , Gurgaon & YWCA of India, New Delhi.
The students were actively engaged by the trainer with the help of various activities to explore their entrepreneurial attributes like innovation , problem solving , financial independence , positive mindset , adversity handling etc. Strategies were also discussed by the student groups for the success of start-ups. The Workshop was also attended by the faculties of BBA & BCA Department.

The Intra College Hackathon Code Chase commenced with an inspiring opening ceremony. Event Coordinator Prof. Karan Siwach & Dr. Rohit Kumar started the event and briefed the students about the objective of Intra College Hackathon Code Chase- “Code for Better Tomorrow”. Dr. Vidushi Singh, Chairperson BCA addressed the students and motivated them to participate in such events.
Prof. Nancy Sharma –Vice principal UG, congratulated all the participants and encouraged them to upskill themselves and to become a learner throughout the life.
Dr. Sunil Kumar Pandey, Director – UG & IT, addressed the students with the emphasis on role of technologies to achieve success and to get good opportunities in the market. He emphasized the importance of collaborative problem-solving and shared their experiences and insights, motivating the participants to push their boundaries.
A hackathon is a gathering where programmers collaboratively code in an extreme manner over a short period of time. Participants will participate in a team of 2 to 4 students. They will be given a scenario and they need to design and code a small module of the scenario within a time span of 2.5 hours.

In the final phase of the Intra College Hackathon Code Chase, each team presented their projects to a panel of judges.
The Intra College Hackathon Code Chase concluded with a grand closing ceremony, where the winners were announced and awarded prizes. The judges recognized exceptional projects based on criteria such as innovation, functionality, user experience, and feasibility. The ceremony celebrated the participant's hard work, dedication, and collaborative spirit.

This lecture was organized for BCA-III Semester students. Students learned the basic concept and use of the “Access Specifiers in Inheritance and Virtual Function in C++”. The objective of this session To provide basic characteristics of OOP through C++ and to impart skills on various kinds of overloading and inheritance. Dr. Anuradha Chug demonstrated the various types of specifiers and how these specifiers are used in inheritance. During the session she has explained the basic concepts and techniques which form the object oriented programming paradigm. She also explained the model of object oriented programming like abstract data types, encapsulation, inheritance and polymorphism and how to implement programs using classes and objects, operator overloading, Able to specify the types of inheritance and use them in programs. She implemented these specifiers in real life. She also give the idea about the compile time and run time polymorphism. She gave the examples to use of virtual function in C++.
At the end of the session students interacted with our resource person.
