ITS UG Campus Organised a 15-day AI Skilling Workshop for BBA 2nd Year students (Batch 24- 27) from 2nd April to 17th April 2025. The objective of this workshop was to introduce young management students with the fundamentals of Artificial Intelligence, its applications in business, and the emerging role of AI- driven tools in shaping the future of industries. This initiative was in line with the institution’s vision of equipping students with future-ready skills, enhancing their employability, and ensuring to remain adaptable in an AI-driven economy. The workshop was designed by Dr. Manju Gupta , Founder Brain Cruise Co -founder Talentizo and Mr. Amit Goyal CEO Bizsol technologies private limited. Mr. Kalyan Gaurav Das delivered an engaging session on the usage of AI tools and skilling, while Dr. Rupali conducted an insightful lecture on corporate etiquettes. The workshop was a blend of theory and practical sessions, ensuring maximum student engagement. The 15 days session was divided into modules covering Introduction to AI & Emerging Technologies, AI in Business and Management, Hands-on Practice with AI Tools (Chatbots, Analytics, Predictive Models, etc.), Lecture on Corporate Etiquettes by Dr. Rupali aimed at preparing students for professional workplace culture. Students were introduced to the importance of first impressions, communication skills, and professional appearance. The lecture emphasized the role of body language, meeting manners, and email etiquette in building credibility. The workshop successfully achieved its intended goals & the Students gained basic proficiency in AI concepts and their applications, it Improved awareness about the role of AI in business decision-making. All the students had hands-on exposure to AI tools enhancing their technical confidence. The 15-day AI Skilling Workshop proved to be an enriched learning experience for BBA 2nd Year students. It not only introduced them to the fundamentals of Artificial Intelligence but also to provide practical insights into its business applications. The program laid a strong foundation for students to explore AI as a career-enhancing skill in the coming years.
