Day- 3 (September 10, 2025) The third day of the Orientation Program was dedicated to engaging and interactive club and society activities designed to encourage creativity, teamwork, and communication among students. The session began with a series of fun-filled activities such as Dumb Charades and Tongue Twisters, which brought excitement and laughter to the participants. Following this, students showcased their creative skills through Slogan Writing, Poster Making Competition, and the unique activity Network in a Minute, which encouraged quick thinking and collaboration. To enhance critical thinking and articulation, a Debate Competition was also organized, where students confidently expressed their views on various topics. Later, students participated in interesting Management Games, including an Ice-Breaking Session, Guess the Names, Object Recall Game, and the lively Cup and Balloon Game. These activities not only promoted team spirit but also enhanced students’ memory, coordination, and interaction skills. The winners of all the activities were recognized and rewarded with gifts, which further encouraged their active involvement. In Second half, Dr. Neeraj Chandok, Academician, Leadership Coach, and Corporate Trainer, delivered an engaging session on Corporate Etiquettes. He emphasized the importance of investing in oneself, noting that while a degree can help secure a good job, personal growth and skills are the true drivers of success. He discussed essential professional abilities such as problem-solving, teamwork, emotional intelligence, and effective listening. Dr. Chandok also explained the difference between a fixed and growth mindset, encouraging students to adopt the latter. Additionally, he highlighted the significance of body gestures and proper dressing in building a strong professional image. Dr. Tazyn Rehman, Transforming Trauma and Empowering Minds Coach, delivered an inspiring session on “Goal Setting and Achievement: Turning Dreams into Reality”. She captivated the audience by sharing her courageous battle with cancer, underscoring how resilience and determination can help individuals rise above life’s toughest challenges. The session was highly interactive, as Dr. Rehman engaged students in activities on meditation, energy balancing, and cultivating a composed state of mind. She further emphasized the role of Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) and visualization techniques in achieving clarity and direction. Through her personal experiences and practical exercises, she guided participants on how to define purposeful goals, remain optimistic in adversity, and transform aspirations into reality. The session left students deeply motivated, reinforcing the power of positivity, perseverance, and mental strength in achieving success.
