Institution’s Innovation Council (IIC) under the aegis of IQAC at I.T.S, Mohan Nagar, Ghaziabad (UG Campus) organised a session on “Legal and Ethical Issues in Planning a Startup” on April 15, 2024 for BBA & BCA students. The Resource person of the session was CA Sakshi Sharma, Founder- Sakshi Sharma & Associates. The objective of this session was to develop the awareness of Legal and ethical issues faced by startups. This session created awareness about Government Policies related to Startups among students. It provided knowledge related to the funding and registration of Startups and different schemes which can be used for cost deduction in planning a startup.
