Description: Role Play Competition which was simulation based role play’s enacted by UG Students on real life world cases with themes like leadership, conflict resolution, soft skills and interpersonal skills. Total 5 teams acted role plays on real life scenarios which was designed exclusively for UG students. This engaging event aimed to help students develop crucial interpersonal skills, conflict resolution, Negotiation and soft skills required to survive in the corporate world. The event consists of various Role Plays divided in sub themes such as employee retention and motivation, Office Ethics & Team Communication, Al in HR - Friend or Foe, Work-Life Balance & Employee Care, Fair Pay & Equality, Technology in HR. These Role Plays were crafted to inspire teamwork, ignite creativity, and enhance problem-solving abilities. The event received enthusiastic participation from students who were registered & shortlisted. All the teams participated with a lot of excitement and passion. The winners, first runner up and second runner-up teams were felicitated with awards for their excellence

Sports Club of I.T.S Mohan Nagar UG Campus organized a Badminton and Chess Competition for BBA and BCA students of the 2025–28 batch on 2nd and 3rd December 2025

The objective of this two day competition was to inculcate sportsmanship among students and provide a platform to showcase their talent, leadership, and strategic thinking on the sports ground while also encouraging fresh sporting talent within the institute. In line with these objectives, the I.T.S UG Campus Sports Club conducted the Badminton Tournament at the Sports Complex Badminton Court. More than 100 students participated across both sports. Medals were awarded to the winners, and participation certificates were given to all participants.

The session was conducted by BBA Alumna Ms Karishma who is working as a senior Business Analyst at Optum . Optum India is the global capability center of UnitedHealth Group (UHG). which is creating a more accessible and affordable health system. Ms Karishma in her session shared her journey from BBA to Optum which included Challenges and Opportunities which came her way and how she was able to meet up the challenges of the corporate world .She emphasized how her juniors should prepare themselves for the corporate world and the key to success are awareness, alertness, and confidence. The event received an overwhelming response from the students, who enthusiastically participated and asked queries to their senior on what skills they need to develop to prepare themselves for the corporate world.

A Workshop on Waste Management & Segregation Organized by Mass Communication Club at I.T.S Mohan Nagar, UG Campus

On November 27, 2025, the Mass Communication Club at the Institute of Technology and Science, Mohan Nagar, Ghaziabad, organized an impactful workshop on Waste Management and Segregation for the students of BBA and BCA. The objective of the event was to create awareness about responsible waste disposal, sustainable practices, and the importance of environmental stewardship among young learners. The session began with a brief introduction by Prof. Amit Sharma, who highlighted the increasing importance of waste management in current times and emphasized the need for responsible environmental behaviour. Following his introduction, Dr. Nancy Sharma, Principal – UG Campus, presented the guests with a memento and a good luck plant, extending a warm welcome on behalf of the institute. She then addressed the gathering, encouraging students to adopt sustainable habits and contribute meaningfully toward building a cleaner and greener society. The technical session commenced with an informative presentation by Mr. Shyam Tayal, Co-Founder of Save Mother Earth Mission, who spoke about the growing challenges of waste accumulation and the significance of small individual actions in environmental protection. This was followed by an insightful session by Ms. Tanu Agarwal, Founder of Save Mother Earth Mission, who explained the 5Rs of sustainability—Refuse, Reduce, Reuse, Repurpose, and Recycle. Using a detailed flow-chart, she demonstrated the entire waste-management cycle, including collection, segregation, processing at IPCA centres, and final conversion into reusable materials. A hands-on workshop conducted by Ms. Tanu enabled students to learn practical ways of repurposing plastic waste and discarded materials into creative and useful items. The engaging question-and-answer session witnessed enthusiastic participation from students, and those who asked thoughtful questions were appreciated with goodies. An oath for cleanliness and responsible waste management was also administered, reaffirming the collective commitment to a cleaner campus environment. The workshop was attended by more than 100 students of BBA & BCA–I & II Year, along with Dean Academics, Dr. Vidushi Singh, Mass Communication Club Coordinators, Dr. Monika Sharma and Prof. Rama Rani Mishra, Dr. Neeraj Jain, Coordinator – BCA 1st Year, Prof. Amit Sharma, and other faculty members of I.T.S. Students greatly appreciated the workshop, which provided both practical learning and valuable insights into sustainable practices. The session concluded with a heartfelt vote of thanks by Dr. Vidushi Singh, who expressed gratitude to the guest speakers, faculty members, and students for their enthusiastic participation and emphasized the importance of continuous awareness and responsible actions in environmental conservation.

The session is expected to encourage young learners to explore storytelling as a strategic tool for generating effective solutions. Description: The Institution’s Innovation Council (IIC) at I.T.S Mohan Nagar, Ghaziabad (UG Campus) organized an engaging session titled “Plotting Your Way Out: Storytelling as a Tool for Creative Solutions.” This insightful program was specially curated for the BBA and BCA first-year students to enhance their creative thinking and problem-solving abilities. The session was delivered by the invited resource person, Ms. Amishi Tandon, Art Director at Mesh, Singapore. With her professional expertise in creative design and narrative thinking, she provided students with practical approaches to using storytelling in real-world contexts. Learning Outcomes: The students learned how to transform their passions into purposeful and innovative ideas. They gained knowledge of ideation, design thinking, creative thinking, critical thinking and understanding of how to identify opportunities and solve problems effectively.The session emphasized the importance of self-discipline, focus, and removing negative emotions like anger and ego. Overall, the students were motivated, inspired, and ready to think creatively with a clear sense of purpose.

The session was conducted by qualified doctor and health educators from Shiv Krishna Medicare Centre, including Dr Shishir Srivastava, who provided valuable medical insights and guidance on women’s health and cancer prevention. The awareness camp focused on educating young female students about: • The importance of early detection • Symptoms and risk factors of cervical cancer • The role of HPV infection • The significance of HPV vaccination • The importance of regular screening (Pap smear tests) Doctor explained the causes and progression of cervical cancer in simple language and emphasized the role of lifestyle, hygiene, and preventive health checkups. Students also learned about self-care practices, early warning signs, and when to consult a doctor. The interactive Q&A session allowed students to clarify doubts regarding vaccination, screening age, menstrual health, and prevention strategies. The camp successfully created awareness and encouraged young women to prioritize their reproductive health and routine screenings. The event was highly appreciated by the participants and served as an important initiative to promote women’s health, safety, and well-being on campus.
