


This lecture was organized for BCA-III Semester students. Students learned the basic concept and use of the “Access Specifiers in Inheritance and Virtual Function in C++”. The objective of this session To provide basic characteristics of OOP through C++ and to impart skills on various kinds of overloading and inheritance. Dr. Anuradha Chug demonstrated the various types of specifiers and how these specifiers are used in inheritance. During the session she has explained the basic concepts and techniques which form the object oriented programming paradigm. She also explained the model of object oriented programming like abstract data types, encapsulation, inheritance and polymorphism and how to implement programs using classes and objects, operator overloading, Able to specify the types of inheritance and use them in programs. She implemented these specifiers in real life. She also give the idea about the compile time and run time polymorphism. She gave the examples to use of virtual function in C++. At the end of the session students interacted with our resource person.
The Intra College Hackathon Code Chase commenced with an inspiring opening ceremony. Event Coordinator Prof. Karan Siwach & Dr. Rohit Kumar started the event and briefed the students about the objective of Intra College Hackathon Code Chase- “Code for Better Tomorrow”. Dr. Vidushi Singh, Chairperson BCA addressed the students and motivated them to participate in such events. Prof. Nancy Sharma –Vice principal UG, congratulated all the participants and encouraged them to upskill themselves and to become a learner throughout the life. Dr. Sunil Kumar Pandey, Director – UG & IT, addressed the students with the emphasis on role of technologies to achieve success and to get good opportunities in the market. He emphasized the importance of collaborative problem-solving and shared their experiences and insights, motivating the participants to push their boundaries. A hackathon is a gathering where programmers collaboratively code in an extreme manner over a short period of time. Participants will participate in a team of 2 to 4 students. They will be given a scenario and they need to design and code a small module of the scenario within a time span of 2.5 hours. Domains/scenarios for Hackathon problem statement 1. C/C++ 2. Python - ML 3. Web Development (HTML, CSS, Java Script) 4. Java 5. Android Development 6. Cloud 7. Blockchain In the final phase of the Intra College Hackathon Code Chase, each team presented their projects to a panel of judges. The Intra College Hackathon Code Chase concluded with a grand closing ceremony, where the winners were announced and awarded prizes. The judges recognized exceptional projects based on criteria such as innovation, functionality, user experience, and feasibility. The ceremony celebrated the participant's hard work, dedication, and collaborative spirit. At the end of the event winning teams were declared who were. 2nd Runner Up – Shivam Kumar, Saqib (BCA 2nd Year) 1st Runner Up- Sanyam,Parv Goel, Ayush Jha (BCA 2nd Year) Winner – Tripti Rai, Lavanya Singh, Ajay Pratap Chaudhary (BCA 2nd Year)
In continuous efforts to enhance the skills and mind-set of our students, Finance club of I.T.S UG campus organized Workshop on “Problem Solving and Ideation” for BBA & BCA 1st Year students. Trainer of the workshop Ms. RITA SENGUPTA has 34 years of Experience in Training, Research and Consultancy in Achievement Motivation, Entrepreneurship Development and Education, Motivation and Excellence, Women Empowerment, Livelihoods &Micro Enterprise, Training Pedagogy and Impact Assessment. At present she is associated with NIESBUD, Noida (Ministry of Skill Development and Entrepreneurship, GOI ), Management Development Institute , Gurgaon & YWCA of India, New Delhi. The students were actively engaged by the trainer with the help of various activities to explore their entrepreneurial attributes like innovation , problem solving , financial independence , positive mindset , adversity handling etc. Strategies were also discussed by the student groups for the success of start-ups. The Workshop was also attended by the faculties of BBA & BCA Department.
On October 19, 2023 I.T.S Mohan Nagar, Ghaziabad had organized an industrial visit to SEBI, Rajendra place, New Delhi. The students of the First Year of BBA & BCA visited the plant and experienced the Knowledge of SEBI (regulatory Body), depositories and Stock Market. During visit the students learned about the regulatory bodies, depositories, IPO, Stock market Trading Platforms. In the Conference Hall of the organization, lecture was attended by the students wherein an overview of the SEBI, Stock market, depositories was given by the resource persons. Students were quite enthusiastic during the visit. They appeared on time and were happy after visiting SEBI. During the visit they learned a lot. They asked many questions from the experts and also replied to all the questions asked by the experts during lecture and visit. The experts explained the process of stock market in detail and also threw a light on historical development of SEBI. Overall, the experience was very good.
During the visit, Students had the opportunity to explore the intricacies of the bottling plant, witnessing the journey of water from its natural source to the final product. We learned about the cutting-edge technology and equipment used in the production process and gained a deeper understanding of how Bisleri maintains its high-quality standards. Their efforts to reduce plastic waste, employ renewable energy sources, and promote responsible water usage are commendable and align with modern environmental concerns.
A boot camp was organized on October7, 2022 at Pratapgarh Farms in Haryana for BCA IIIrd semester students. The group reached at 10:00 AM, was greeted with a shower of flowers and with the jubilant sound of dhol. Just near the entry there was a huge tables set up where all could sit and enjoy the delectable food that was ready to be served. There were many different options for the cuisine, from chowmein to chole bhature, all of which were outstanding. The group was taken out to participate in various activities like, Camel Ride, river crossing, Rock Climbing, Cricket, Mud Bath, Dance on DJ they also had fun of adventurous activities like Bull Fighting, Gladiator ride many more. Students also got familiar with Indian culture and traditions which one cannot find in metropolitan cities. At 1:30 pm everyone assembled for lunch. After lunch the students again enjoy the adventure camp rides, some took rest for some time. At 3:30 pm all the students got settled down in the respective buses and arrived at the I.T.S gate at around 6:30 pm. All the students had a wonderful experience of this memorable visit. They really loved the way it was organized.

A boot camp workout also can include functional fitness, such as using whole-body, multi-joint exercises that simulate movements people do in life. A boot camp was organized on October 29th, 2022 at Pratapgarh Farms in Haryana for BCA 1st semester students. The group reached at 10:00 AM, was greeted with a shower of flowers and with the triumphant sound of dhol. Just near the entry there was a massive tables set up where all could sit and enjoy the palatable food that was ready to be served. There were many different options for the cookery, from chowmein to chole bhature, all of which were outstanding. The group was taken out to participate in various activities like, Camel Ride, river crossing, Rock Climbing, Cricket, Mud Bath, Dance on DJ and rain dance etc. they also had fun of adventurous activities like Bull Fighting, Gladiator ride and many more. Students also got familiar with Indian culture and traditions which one cannot find in cosmopolitan cities. At 2:00 pm everyone gathered for lunch. After lunch the students again enjoy the adventure camp rides, At 3:30 pm all the students established down in the respective buses and arrived at the I.T.S gate at around 6:30 pm. All the students had a magnificent experience of this memorable visit. It was adorable the way it was organized.

A boot camp was scheduled on 28th October 2022 at Pratapgarh Farm Resorts in Haryana for BBA 1st semester students (Batch 2022 -2025). It was a fun – filled trip away from college and home. We reached pratapgarh in the morning by 9: 30 AM in our college buses. After reaching there, we all have breakfast which was not only healthy but also tasty. Then we started to explore the place, where we did many fun activities and also explored the culture. We went on dance floor and enjoyed, then we went on trampoline side. We took many good quality pictures and enjoyed a lot. We did boating, rain dance, clicked pictures with Rajasthan Matkas. There were many swings and rides, indoor games, mehndi done with the aunties, made pots etc. We took lunch and after that we went for rides and different types of adventurous activities like zip line, tyre climbing, roll ball etc. At the end our students went to village area, we did camel ride, tractor ride saw bullock cart and many more. Our Students enjoyed the trip a lot, It was a mixture of fun, cultural and adventurous trip. Then we return college with the fun again in the buses from singing the song to dancing and playing games. We are grateful to our teachers and college who gave us an opportunity to explore new adventurous place.

Honourable Vice Chairman I.T.S - The Education Group Shri Arpit Chadha, Shri Felix Mohan, CEO Cisco Cyber Security As Chief Guest, Shri Prasenjit Mukherjee, Cisco-Team Computers Ex. Ceo-Igtpl as Guest of Honor, Shri Abhinav Sinha, Entrepreneur & Founder Eko India Financial Service Pvt. Lmt. as Guest of Honor, Dr. Burzin Bharucha, Advisor Ernst and Young as Keynote Speaker, Dr. Sunil Kumar Pandey Director (UG) and Prof. Nancy Sharma, Vice Principal graced the occasion with their benign presence. Vice Chairman, I.T.S- The Education Group, Mr. Arpit Chadha congratulated students for embarking new journey of life and also advised them to be focused, determined and give respects to parents and teachers in life. He also briefed about the journey of I.T. S- The Education Group in last 27 Years. Vice Principal Prof. Nancy Sharma welcomed 27th Batch of BBA Course. She congratulated students as they embarked into a new journey. Team of highly qualified faculty members provides a perfect learning environment so that they can get to learn as much as possible. Director (UG) Dr. Sunil Kumar Pandey welcomed students as well and introduced all the beneficiaries of I.T.S, Ghaziabad, UG Campus. He briefed that Institute always had a long and fruitful association with alumni because of committed efforts and hard work we put in to make successful career of our students by emphasizing holistic development. Shri Felix Mohan advised students to learn certain attributes like Gratitude, respect and humility, Lifelong learning, Integrity of work, honesty, must be a team player, Leadership, Attitude, Communication, Digital competency etc in life to achieve success.He ends his speech by saying interactions and communication are the most commonly used things in corporate. Dr. Burzin Barucha gave wishes to whole I.T.S. for the commencement of 26th Batch of BCA Course which also reflect in the Vision and Mission of the Institute. The foundation of I.T.S is made for the great learning of students. Mr. Burzin further mentioned that these days we can’t just rely on one talent for becoming successful we need to be perfect in multiple fields and he also advised to be focused, deterministic and always respect parents and teachers in our life. Shri Prasenjit Mukherjee discussed about “CONFLUENCE A JOURNEY” in which he explained the confluence need with a diagrammatic presentation showed as BTS means behaviour technology and skills. Next slide of his about “the pencil parable” the story of a pencil after which relates to the individual situation.He also discussed the various behaviour ingredients are attitude, teamwork, communication, value system, change agent, time management, focused action, ownership, integrity and persistence etc.
The objective behind this Session is to enable students to have an overview of the working of commodity market. The session has been organized during the occasion of World Investor Week being celebrated during (10-16 October 2022). During the session Mr Jai Gopa Goel, Senior Manager MCX, gave an overview about the working of commodity market along with the derivative trading in various types of metals, bullion (i.e precious ,semi-precious), energy( crude oil & natural gas) and agriculture products. He also explained various factors like forex rates, geo political factors, economic factors, trade policies etc. which affect prices of different commodities. He also elaborated the concepts of commodity price risk, spot & derivatives, futures and options. Students from BBA along with faculty members were present in the session. Students and other participants actively interacted with the speaker for their queries related with the working of commodity market, forward, futures, commodity price risk.
