
The Institution's Innovation Council (IIC) & Entrepreneurship Club at I.T.S, Mohan Nagar, Ghaziabad (UG Campus) organized an engaging session on ‘Driving Innovation in the Hospitality Sector’ on April 04, 2025. The session was conducted by our proud alumnus (BCA Batch 2009–12), Mr. Nitin Agrawal, Founder & CEO of RevX Hospitality Pvt. Ltd. The students explored cutting- edge trends, digital transformation, and innovative strategies revolutionizing the hospitality industry. The insightful discussion left students inspired to embrace innovation and entrepreneurial thinking in their future careers!
To enrich student’s learning, foster engagement, critical thinking and communication skills a two-hour Panel Discussion on various themes like 1. Integrating sustainability into corporate strategy. 2. The Role of Ethical Leadership in Corporate Sustainability. 3. Employee Engagement and Sustainability. 4. Measuring and Communicating Sustainability Impact. The event was organized at UG Board Room for BBA/BCA Students, where students participated in two panels and there were one moderators in each panel, who facilitated discussion and engaged students in panel discussion, students presented their views on different themes like Employee engagement and sustainability and The role of Ethical leadership in corporate sustainability. As the panel discussion proceeded, students learnt collaborative learning besides enhanced their critical thinking and problem solving. It helped them to develop their cognition they utilized it to present their ideas. Students learnt to respect different perspectives which engaged them in constructive dialogue. Panel Discussion ended in good atmosphere and it was a great learning curve for every participant. The Judge of event was Prof. Nidhi. The Extempore Competition on the topic “Role of Technology in Modern Business Strategies” provided an excellent platform for the BCA 1st Year Batch 2024-2027 to showcase their public speaking skills, critical thinking, and knowledge of current trends in the business and technology world. The event encouraged students to speak spontaneously and confidently, expressing their thoughts on how technology plays a vital role in shaping business strategies today. From automation and artificial intelligence to data analytics and digital marketing, students highlighted various technological advancements that have transformed the way businesses operate. Their speeches reflected a strong understanding of the importance of innovation and adaptability in the modern corporate landscape. Students discussed how businesses are increasingly relying on digital tools to improve customer experience, enhance productivity, and make data-driven decisions. They emphasized the growing importance of cybersecurity, cloud computing, and mobile technologies in staying competitive in a fast-changing market. The participants also touched upon emerging trends such as the use of blockchain in supply chains and the integration of AI in customer service. The event not only boosted their confidence but also deepened their understanding of how technology is reshaping the future of work and enterprise.
The Dance Club of the Institute of Technology and Science, Mohan Nagar, Ghaziabad, organized ,Let’s Groove — an electrifying group dance competition for all BBA and BCA students. Showcasing a dynamic blend of dance styles including classical, contemporary, and hip-hop, this event offers participants a platform to express their talent and creativity. Let’s Groove is more than a competition — its a celebration of confidence, artistic expression, and the vibrant spirit of dance. In a vibrant and spirited competition, five student groups showcased their exceptional talent through dynamic performances. Participants were judged by Internal Judge Prof. Vishal Tyagi and the club coordinators; each act was evaluated on parameters of quality, coordination, costumes, props, choreography, and synchronization—making the event full of energy, creativity, and precision. The objective of Rising Bharat Summit 2025 News-18 is to showcase India’s growth story by highlighting inspiring narratives of progress, innovation, and resilience. It aims to celebrate the achievements of individuals, communities, and industries contributing to the nations development. By focusing on positive changes and transformative efforts across various sectors, Rising Bharat seeks to instil national pride and motivate citizens to actively participate in building a stronger, self-reliant, and globally influential India. The students of BCA 1st year participated in the visit to Rising Bharat News-18 on 09/04/2025 at Bharat Mandapam, New Delhi. The 2025 edition of Rising Bharat News-18 brought together influential voices from diverse fields to celebrate India’s inspiring journey of progress. Esteemed guests included External Affairs Minister Dr. S. Jaishankar, Former Chief Justice of India Mr. Dhananjaya Y. Chandrachud, Actor Director Mr. Randee Hooda, Member of Parliament Mr. Chirag Paswan, and Mentalist and motivational speaker Suhani Shah. Each shared unique insights on India’s transformation, resilience, and the vision of a self-reliant, empowered, and globally respected Bharat. Through Rising Bharat News-18, students gained valuable insights into India’s growth story, the importance of leadership, innovation, and national pride. Listening to inspiring figures and personalities they learned about diplomacy, environmental responsibility, political engagement, Power of innovation and change of mindset. The event motivated students to contribute positively to the nation’s development and believe in their potential to make a difference.
The Literary Club of ITS Mohan Nagar successfully organized Essay Writing Competition an intra-college competition for BBA and BCA students. The event was held on April 11, 2025, at 2:30 PM in UG I Block, Room No. 10 & 11. The event provided a standard writing platform for students to express their thoughts and ideas with Knowledge, specifically focusing on current affairs and creative writing skills. Students participated with their full potential, showcasing their dedication in essay writing with the suitable quotation. The competition signifies the role of current knowledge in balancing current affairs and focusing on social issues. The primary motive behind the event was to provide students with an opportunity to define their writing talent, and literary skills. Merit and participation certificates were awarded to the top performers and participants to recognize their efforts. The event was a grand successful, thanks to the hard work of the faculty coordinators and the enthusiasm of the students. Fine Arts Club -“ARTEA” of Institute of Technology and Science, Mohan Nagar, Ghaziabad has organized a “DOODLE ART COMPETITION” for students of BBA & BCA on 15 April, 2025. The competition sought to inspire creativity and raise environmental awareness by encouraging participants to express their thoughts on sustainability and Earth conservation through doodle art. To honor World Earth Day 2025, a Doodle Art Competition was held to ignite artistic imagination around the theme & Restore Our Earth " The event invited participants to create doodles that visually represent environmental values and inspire action for a greener future. Participants demonstrated a profound understanding of Earth Day’s message and used art as a voice for the planet. The judges for the event were Prof. Shweta Kumar, Assistant Professor and Prof. Rajeev Binjola, Assistant Professor. Viyom Verma of BCA II year Sec-A bagged the first position. Hridya Hari of BCA III year Sec- D bagged second position. Sneha Gupta of BBA II Year Sec-F bagged third position.
Objective: The objective of this event is to provide exposure to the students with various financial terms which are used in day to day life. Description: Students participated in the event from all years of BBA and BCA. All the students enjoyed this fun filled activity by exploring the whole new world of finance.
