Under the dynamic leadership of Shri Arpit Chadha, Vice Chairman I.T.S The Education Group and Guidance by Dr. Sunil Kumar Pandey, Director – IT & UG I.T.S Mohan Nagar Ghaziabad as a CSR initiative NSS (National Service Scheme) at I.T.S Mohan Nagar, Ghaziabad Campus organized a Musical show for Underprivileged Children on March 23 rd ,2025 N.S.S unit at I.T.S UG Campus took the initiative for underprivileged children to bring them joy and entertainment while providing an opportunity to experience the vibrant cultural atmosphere of I.T.S Ghaziabad. The N.S.S members took the responsibility of bringing the children to the event and ensuring their comfort throughout. The show featured various musical performances by professional artists & talented students, with children enthusiastically engaging by dancing and singing along. Special performances were dedicated to spread positivity and motivation. Snacks and refreshments were provided upon arrival, and a well-organized lunch facility ensured a fulfilling meal for all. A total of 183 underprivileged children along with 145 students living in hostel attended the event. The event was a great success, leaving a lasting impact on the children and reinforcing the N.S.S unit’s commitment to social causes

They successfully presented their paper titled “Cooperatives Role in Achieving SDGs” at the First Cooperative Youth Research Conference organized by NCUI, New Delhi on March 21, 2025. On March 26, 2025, the I.T.S Mohan Nagar UG Campus organized an industry visit for second-year BBA and BCA students (Batch 2023-26) to Manipal Hospitals, Ghaziabad. The visit began with an insightful session by Mr. Praveen, a company representative, who provided an overview of the hospital’s operational processes. He shared valuable insights into the hospitals workflow and management. Following this, Mr. Nitin Gupta, Head of the HR Department, interacted with the students, discussing career opportunities in the healthcare sector. He also guided them on the essential skill sets required to build a career in this field. Students then had the opportunity to meet Dr. Faisal Bari, who conducted a Basic Life Support (BLS) training session. Upon completion, participants were awarded training certificates. After the sessions, the students toured the hospital’s operational units, observing real- time processes and gaining practical exposure. This experience allowed them to connect their theoretical knowledge with real-world applications. The visit concluded with an interactive session with Mr. Krishna, Head of Marketing. Students engaged in discussions on career prospects, employee roles, and other industry-relevant topics, further enriching their understanding of the healthcare sector. The visit proved to be a valuable learning experience, providing students with firsthand exposure to hospital operations and career insights in the healthcare industry.
On 27th March 2025, the students of BBA-BCA first year embarked on an enriching educational visit to Amrit Udyan, located within the Rashtrapati Bhavan premises. The visit aimed to provide students with an immersive experience of India’s rich biodiversity, exquisite flora, and the historical significance of this renowned garden. The studentswere welcomed by the lush greenery and a vibrant display of seasonal flowers. The meticulously designed landscape, adorned with various roses, tulips, daffodils, and marigolds, captivated their attention. The students were fascinated by the unique plant species, including medicinal and aromatic herbs.
Objective & Description: The N.S.S unit at I.T.S organized Cleanliness Drive with the sole purpose of creating awareness among the students regarding cleanliness and its benefits to the society. In this programme, all the student volunteers of NSS from BBA & BCA participated. Even N.S.S coordinator at I.T.S & other team members were the essential part of this drive. As a part of this Cleanliness Drive, the Anand Industrial area & Arthala were cleaned. Student volunteers of NSS picked brooms and started to clean the roads & by lanes of the Industrial area as well Arthala. In the end, the students took oath of keeping our home, locality and city clean. It was a unique experience for all the students. Students were curious to be the part of this great drive that could transform the face of our country forever.
The Department of IT at I.T.S. College, UG Campus, organized a guest lecture on Leveraging Emerging Technologies for Technological Readiness for the BCA Batch (2024-27) on Monday, 3rd March 2025. The session was conducted by Mr. Jay Sharma, Senior Manager, System Engineering at Saxo Technologies, Gurugram, who provided valuable insights into the evolving landscape of IT infrastructure and its role in emerging technologies. During the lecture, Mr. Sharma discussed the key components of IT infrastructure, including servers, network connections, firewalls, storage, clients, cloud services, virtualization, backup and recovery, and cryptocurrency. He explained how these elements work together to create a robust technological ecosystem, enabling businesses to stay competitive in the digital age. He also highlighted the relationship between infrastructure and modern advancements, emphasizing the need for continuous adaptation and upskilling. Furthermore, the session provided students with an overview of various career paths in IT, including cloud computing, cybersecurity, system administration, and blockchain technology. Mr. Sharma encouraged students to explore certifications and hands-on learning opportunities to enhance their professional growth in the IT sector.
Our Alumni are our strength and a reason for our existence and we, at I.T.S, always believe in this. The Alumni Reunion of I.T.S, UG Campus was organized on Saturday, March 1, 2025 at the Institute for the Batched of BBA & BCA Courses passed out during 2011-2019 witnessing participation of about 250+ Alumni along with their Spouse and Kids. It was an absolute delight to see so many familiar faces back on campus. We were thrilled to have our esteemed Alumni back at their own Institute after years from completion of their Academic Journey at I.T.S UG Campus. They joined us to relive old memories, reconnect with fellow alumni, and rediscover their alma mater. The programme began with the refreshment and networking tea. Afterwards alumni along with their spouse and kids enjoyed the cultural and dance performance by our existing students followed by exciting fun and frolic activities and games like Tambola, Game of seats, etc for the alumni and their spouses. Winners of these activities and games were given prizes. This was followed by delicious lunch. All the alumni were given souvenir as a token of remembrance. Overall, it was a wonderful opportunity to catch up with each other after long.
