On March 26, 2025, the I.T.S Mohan Nagar UG Campus organized an industry visit for second-year BBA and BCA students (Batch 2023-26) to Manipal Hospitals, Ghaziabad. The visit began with an insightful session by Mr. Praveen, a company representative, who provided an overview of the hospital’s operational processes. He shared valuable insights into the hospitals workflow and management. Following this, Mr. Nitin Gupta, Head of the HR Department, interacted with the students, discussing career opportunities in the healthcare sector. He also guided them on the essential skill sets required to build a career in this field. Students then had the opportunity to meet Dr. Faisal Bari, who conducted a Basic Life Support (BLS) training session. Upon completion, participants were awarded training certificates. After the sessions, the students toured the hospital’s operational units, observing real- time processes and gaining practical exposure. This experience allowed them to connect their theoretical knowledge with real-world applications. The visit concluded with an interactive session with Mr. Krishna, Head of Marketing. Students engaged in discussions on career prospects, employee roles, and other industry-relevant topics, further enriching their understanding of the healthcare sector. The visit proved to be a valuable learning experience, providing students with firsthand exposure to hospital operations and career insights in the healthcare industry.
