I.T.S – U.G Campus organized an Industrial Visit to Coca-Cola Happiness Factory (Moon Beverages Ltd.) on 27.02.2020 for BBA/ BCA 2nd Sem. (2019-22 Batch) students
27-02-2020Total 50 students from 2nd semester of BBA and BCA were a part of the industrial visit at Coca-Cola Happiness Factory Greater Noida. The students experienced the history of the world’s most famous beverage brand at the dynamic, multimedia home of the more than 130-year-old secret formula for Coca-Cola. Students got an opportunity to witness the Coca-Cola Vault, viewed never-before-displayed artifacts and got an inside look at the bottling process. They took a guided trip around the world of Coca-Cola movie experience and tempted their taste buds with beverages in the Taste It! beverage bar. The students got the chance to hug and have their picture taken with the very friendly 7-foot-tall Coca-Cola Polar Bear!
Coca-Cola Happiness Factory visit became a unique and memorable experience for the students.
National Conference on “Emerging Perspectives of Finance and Changing Economic Scenario”organized by Institute of Management Studies Ghaziabad on February, 29 2020
29-02-2020Dr. Charu Malhotra from ITS UG Campus attended & presented paper titled “Women Empowerment through Micro Units Development & Refinance Agency (MUDRA)-An Analysis ” in National Conference on “Emerging Perspectives of Finance and Changing Economic Scenario”organized by Institute of Management Studies ,Ghaziabad.
The primary goal of conference is to promote Research and Development activities in global financial practices and reforms in today’s dynamic economic scenario. In this Conference total 64 different Research papers were presented by Academicians, Research Scholars from different Universities & Institutes like IIT Roorkee, Delhi University, Jiwaji University, Bangladesh University of Professionals and many more from all over India.
I.T.S Mohan Nagar UG Campus organized Guest Lecture on “Taxation System in India” for BBA first year students on 27 February,2020.
27-02-2020In continuous efforts to enhance the academic quality, UG campus organized guest lecture for BBA first year students. In this endeavour, CS.Mr.Ravi Bhushan Kumar had delivered lecture on “Taxation System in India”, He is a Practicing in Company Secretary for past 10 years with various clients in Ghaziabad, Lucknow, Kanpur, Noida and Pune. He is the Director of Fidele Corporate Services Private Limited. The session aimed at providing the students a practical insight in the field of finance supporting the theoretical learning of the subject in the classrooms .
The lecture comprised of both theoretical as well as practical aspects of the topic. The session was very interactive as students asked a number of questions related to taxation system, progressive taxes & fixed rate taxes , its implications, direct & indirect taxes, he also explained different heads of incomes on which taxes are to be imposed and speaker answered all the questions of the students with keen interest quoting the examples from the corporate world It also helped them to understand the implications of the taxes in different areas, along with the knowledge related to the tax slabs .
I.T.S. UG Campus, organized a visit to “Auto Expo 2020- The Motor Show” for BBA & BCA Students at Knowledge Park- III, Greater Noida on 11th February, 2020.
11-02-2020The objective behind this visit was to create awareness among our students about the various brands available at Auto Expo 2020, with new technology and engineering, which would be helpful in their placements and career growth and to remain updated with the outside world.
Description: The Auto Expo is a periodic automotive show held in Greater Noida. It is Asia's largest and the world's second-largest motor show. The Motor Show 2020 will showcase cars, MUVs/SUVs, two-wheelers, three-wheelers, concept vehicles, vintage cars, super cars and bikes. Auto Expo features various new launch and presentation from different companies like - Maruti Suzuki, Mahindra and Mahindra, TATA Motors, Kia Motors, Vespa, Hyundai, Hero electric etc.
The auto companies attending the Auto Expo 2020 include Tata Motors, Vespa, Hyundai, Hero electric, Kia, Mahindra, Maruti Suzuki, Mercedes Benz, MG Motors, Renault, Skoda, SML Isuzu and Volkswagen. Other exhibitors include companies like Droom, Facebook, Jio, JK Tyre, Pirelli, Ralco Tyres. The Automotive Research Association of India (ARAI) is also one of the exhibitors at the Auto Expo 2020. There was a huge Chinese presence at this year's Expo, with Chinese heavyweights like Great Wall Motors launching new replicas, while Volkswagen is rumoured to be launching a new logo and design.
Students were very excited to attend the Auto Expo, which was really a great zeal for gaining knowledge about various brands with new launches, technologies, Comfort and convenience
Report on Meritorious Award Ceremony for the students of BBA & BCA (II & III Year) on February 14, 2020
14-02-2020I.T.S UG campus organized “Meritorious Award Ceremony” for undergraduate students of BBA & BCA on February 14, 2020. The ceremony was held to felicitate meritorious students for their exemplary academic performance in C.C.S University examination for academic session 2018–19. The students were awarded for three categories:
- This scholarship is awarded to top 10% meritorious students of the Batch at the end of each year. Details are:
- The first one third of students gets a cash prize of Rs. 7500/-.
- The second one third of students gets a cash prize of Rs. 5000/-.
- The third one third of students gets a cash prize of Rs. 2500/-.
2. Performance Improvement Award:
It is awarded to the students who have shown maximum improvement from the First semester exams to the Second semester exams of I Year and the Third semester exams to the Fourth semester exams of II year respectively. It is awarded to top 10 students of each section who show maximum improvement in terms of increase in percentage.
3. All Rounder Award:
It is awarded on the basis of students’ performance on parameters indicating the involvement in various inter and intra institute activities and academic achievements for BBA & BCA II & III Year. It is awarded every year to one student each in BBA and BCA course respectively.

02-02-2020The objective behind the visit toConstitutional Club of India, New Delhi was to enhance the knowledge of our students on Union Budget 2020, All the students were very enthusiastic to be a part of professional talk and to update their knowledge on budget. Chartered Accountant Dr.Girish Ahuja was the distinguished speaker for this event.People involved in the discussion talked about different dimensions on budget. Queries from the audience were duly answered. Altogether this professional talk was a knowledge gaining to our students.
I.T.S – U.G campus Sports club “Strikers” organized a 2 day Sports & Athletics Meet on 12th& 13th February 2020
12-02-2020More than 500 students of BBA & BCA courses of Institute of Technology & Science, put on a spectacular display of courage, hard work, skill and brilliance during the “Sports & Athletics Meet-2020” of I.T.S – U.G Campus.The event was inaugurated by Mr.Arpit Chadha, Vice-Chairman, I.T.S – The Education Group. He motivated the students to participate in Sports as it does not only make our body physically fit and active but also contributes towards the mental growth and development. After the inauguration ceremony the students reached their respective event’s venue. Games like Cricket, Football, Basketball, Volleyball & 100 & 200 meter race where conducted under the guidance of sports officer and event coordinators. Table tennis, sack race, spoon race & tug-of-war were conducted at I.T.S – Sports Complex & U.G sports ground. Students from all the years of BBA & BCA participated with full enthusiasm and displayed great sportsman’s spirit and healthy competition. The winners of first day matches of Cricket, Football, Basketball& Volleyball qualified for Semi-final & final rounds respectively to be conducted on the second day of the Sports & Athletic Meet 2020.
The second day of ITS – U.G Campus mega sports fest for BBA & BCA students began with the much anticipated Semi-final & Final-rounds of matches of Cricket, Football, Basketball & Volleyball, respectively. Badminton, Chess & Push Up competitions, scheduled for the second day took place simultaneously as indoor activities. All the events saw a participation. Finally, the entire Institute including students, faculty & staff members, stood together to appreciate the winners. The Prize Distribution ceremony was organized to felicitate and reward the winners & runner ups. The benign presence of Mr.Arpit Chadha, Vice-Chairman, I.T.S – The Education Group, Dr. Sunil Kumar Pandey, Director – U.G & Prof. Nancy Sharma, Vice-Principal – U.G, proved to be a morale booster to all the students. The sports meet concluded with an inspiring and motivating speech by the dignitaries.

14-02-2020An Interactive Session on “Individualism & Creativity" was organized on 14th Feb 2020 from 11 am to 1 pm in Auditorium for BCA & BBA 2nd and 4th Semester Students. Mr. Siddharth Roy, Author, Tedx speaker was the guest speaker of the session.
The Session was started with introduction of importance of marketing and intelligently, it was related with individual USPs. Speaker focused on Individualism and how it is related with Creativity. In addition to this, Speaker shared his real life experiences and interacted with students on Individual basis to help them identifying their USPs and how it can be creatively marketed. Students were delighted after having this learning session.

10-02-2020The program was started by a brief introduction about iOS and Incubation Center byDr. Vikas Singh –Executive Director, I.T.S Engineering College, Greater Noida. During the sessionMr. Mukesh discussed about the importance of data science & artificial intelligence, iOS, python in today’s scenario. The students visited the New Generation Innovation & Entrepreneurship Development Center. In incubation centre, Mr. Mukesh has shown different prototypes developed by the engineering students such as Rail generator, Smart gardening system,Smart solar panel, cleaning sytem, Grain separator machine etc.After that student attended a session on software testing by Ms. Lalita and got to know about different testing approaches to fix the bug in software. Students were also given some hands on exercise to better understand the concept of software testing.

ITS UG CampusSTARLIGHTERS of Dance and Music club organized “DeshMeraRangeela”– A Solo dance competition for students of BBA and BCA on Februray 7, 2020
07-02-2020The objective of this dance competition was to provide a platform for all dance enthusiasts as well as for all those passionate about Heritage and Culture within the region to portray their talents, gain recognition and to celebrate our culture and fraternity. Therefore we invite participants to showcase their dancing talent on the patriotic theme..The competition received an overwhelming response from the students in terms of registration and participation. Students showcased their extraordinary dancing talent.
MsDeepti Singh, Music and Dance instructor from Ch.ChhabilDass Public school was the Judge of the event. She offered constructive feedback and advice for the performers.
The competition began with the performance of young dancers, who demonstrated a high standard of dancing, and this was what the excited audience could expect for the whole event. The judge had the arduous task of deciding who would be the winners for the competition. The competition was really fun filled and enjoyable
