
A power point presentation on management Trends was organized for the students of BBA I year batch 2024-2027 for all sections. The topics allocated for the presentation were “The Future of Artificial Intelligence”, “Privacy in the digital age”, “Building a personal brand on social media”, “Rising Global Inflation” and “Russia Ukrain War”. A total of 183 students actively participated in this educational activity, delivering insightful presentations that not only showcased their research skills but also their ability to effectively communicate complex ideas. The event encouraged critical thinking and fostered an engaging environment where students could explore the impacts of these topics on society, business, and the global economy. The presentations were well-received and sparked thoughtful discussions among peers and faculty, contributing to a deeper understanding of the challenges and opportunities in today's rapidly changing world. The “Workshop on Summer Training Project Report” for BBA final year students was organized with an objective to make our students aware about the importance of project report as part of their curriculum and understand the technicality of report writing. The workshop was conducted by dividing the entire batch of (2023-26) in three groups discussing the significance of good report writing on the internship done by the students, about the important information related to the report submission and further communicating that student will be assigned a mentor as per their discipline and further they will guide them, students have to seek the approval from their mentors before going for final printing and get it duly signed by their mentors for their final submission. The sessions were conducted parallelly among three groups which were conducted by three speakers Dr. Sweta Bakshi, Dr. Neerja Anand & Prof. Raghwendra Kumar giving the deep insight on how to write a report, how to make it more interesting and attractive so that the reader may generate interest while having a look and also emphasized on qualities of good report, chapterization of the report and many more. They also discussed the application of Research Methodology and its Importance, the main highlights were research design, Sampling Design Data collection and data analysis & interpretations and research tools etc. They focused more on the queries which in general will be asked by the examiner when the final viva will take place. Students were very enthusiastic and curious to know about the detail of the project and took the workshop as inducer and highly impactful in the preparation of their Project Report in a better way
As part of our Wednesday Classroom Activity for BCA First Year, an exciting AI-driven Activity “Peer Learning Session on "Canva & other Video Editing Tools" was conducted by the students of BCA II and III year The objective of this peer learning session is to equip participants with practical skills in using Canva and other video editing tools to create high-quality visual content. The session was designed to introduce and train 1st-year BCA students in Canva, focusing on photo editing, resume creation, poster design, and video editing. Its goal is to improve their design and editing abilities, essential for both academic and professional presentations. Senior students offered practical demonstrations and hands-on training to facilitate effective learning. The session covered key features, design principles, and advanced editing techniques to enhance creativity and efficiency. Participants explored tools for graphic design, video transitions, animations, and audio integration. Through hands-on practice and collaborative learning, attendees gained knowledge and confidence in designing social media content, presentations, resume and promotional videos. By the end of the session, participants were able to produce visually appealing content that meets professional and personal creative needs. All the speakers were felicitated by the Certificate of Appreciation. The activity followed a structured approach to ensure its alignment with learning outcomes: 1. An introduction to Canva & other Video Editing Tools, Slides go, Tome were given to the students that simplify the creation of presentations. 2. Using “Canva & other Video Editing Tools”, students were tasked with creating a presentation/Poster with well-organized slides, engaging content, and an appropriate design theme 3. Once the work was prepared, students delivered their presentations in front of their peers. 4. Students provided constructive feedback on the Session. This evaluation focused on the quality of the learning.
I.T.S Mohan Nagar UG Campus organized One Day Entrepreneurship Awareness Programme sponsored by DC (MSME), New Delhi, Ministry of Micro, Small & Medium Enterprises, Govt. of India for BBA & BCA I Year on Feb 18, 2025 under the aegis of Institution’s Innovation Council (IIC). Around 250 BBA & BCA Students attended the Workshop. The Programme included different sessions conducted by officials from MSME. The first session was taken by Dr. H N Pandey, Consultant, Ministry of MSME, Govt. of India. He told student participantsabout MSME, its importance and how it helps budding entrepreneurs to make a successful enterprise. He helped students by making themunderstand an entrepreneurial mindset which focusing on creativity, problem-solving, and risk-taking. Second Session was taken by Dr. Anil Roy Dubey, Former Vice Chancellor, Lingay's University, Faridabad-Resource Person for Ministry of MSME, Govt. of India. He informed students about MSME official Website and different Govt sites, which provides the knowledge and details to start the enterprises. He further talked about RTI, International Labour Operations, Corruption Index, etc. The next session was conducted by Mr. Y K Sharma, Chief Manager, National Small Industries Corporation Ltd. (A Government of India Enterprise), under Ministry of MSME, Govt. of India. He gave insights related to different schemes of MSME. He also talked about how to get funding for new business and eligibility criteria for funding. The last session taken by Mr. Alankar Ganguly, Director-Digital Marketing, Covalent Softwares Pvt. Ltd.- Successful Entrepreneur-Resource Person for Ministry of MSME, Govt. of India, discussed about the challenges an entrepreneur faces and how these challenges can be overcome. He also conducted a quiz to make student more interactive in the session. Overall students gained awareness of entrepreneurship and had a great learning experience. All participants were motivated to pursue their business ideas, translating knowledge into action.

He told that the workshop integrates IoT, Generative AI, and Engineering to provide BCA students with hands-on experience in innovative applications. It enhances practical skills, interdisciplinary learning, and career prospects, while fostering creativity, critical thinking, and employability. Dr Nancy Sharma, Vice Principal, I.T.S UG Campus addressed the gathering where she emphasized the students to Unlock their potential. She emphasized to join this exciting workshop where students can learn to combine IoT, Generative AI, and Engineering to create innovative solutions. The workshop began with an insightful introduction by Dr. Anuradha Chug Associate Professor USICT, Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University, New Delhi. She provided an overview of key concepts in Introduction to IoT & Remote Sensing. Ms. Riya Rawal, Ms. Chandni and Ms. Heena gave the practical demonstrations of connecting temperature, humidity, and motion sensors to micro-controllers like Arduino and Raspberry Pi. On the first day, they explained how data is collected from sensors and transmitted to cloud platforms for analysis and given tasks the students for developing small IoT-based projects using the provided kits. On the second day, they explained the GSM architecture, protocols, and its role in mobile communication, demonstrated the AI-based automation in mobile networks and its impact on telecommunications and gave hands-on training / practical session where participants experimented with AI models and GSM - based communication.

Mr. Rajpal Rajbhar conducted an insightful guest lecture attended by 174 BCA 1st-year students, focusing on partial order sets and lattices. He provided valuable guidance, helping students understand fundamental concepts and their practical applications.
