
Speaker of the Session: Dr. Kamlesh Kumar Maurya, Assistant Prof. (Senior scale), UPES, Dehradun. Motivation means a “Ball of fire” in the employees with some enthusiasm and encouragement in them to derive best output and result in the organization or at Workplace. The motive behind this guest lecture was to expose the students to the topic “Motivation: The theories and its application in the managerial world”. The session aimed at providing the students a practical insight to the field of motivation towards the employees as a ball of fire to encourage them towards the higher productivity and best output. Dr Kamlesh Kumar Maurya -speaker of the session gave an overview and enlightened the students with the importance of motivation for the employees by following the different roles of theories to execute it in the organization. The session was interactive and many students asked questions relevant to the given topic in the perspective of the motivation.
The objective of organizing a guest lecture on topic ‘Basic Concepts of Negotiable Instruments Act’ was to inform about how market doesn’t work on cash and how Negotiable instruments were introduced into the world. Ms. Anchita Sood, Executive-Membership & Program, Indian Institute of Insolvency Professionals, ICAI informed students about essentials required for a document to be promissory note, bill exchange and cheque. Such lectures help students explore more than books and build interest towards the subject. Students from BBA 1st Year along with faculty members were present in the session. Students actively interacted with the speaker for their queries.
The objective behind this competition is to encourage Spontaneous drawing which also relieve psychological distress, making it easier to attend the things. The act of drawing is creative in itself and can help the students to come up with creative new ideas and to acknowledge their interests. All UG Students Participated in the Competition, Students were quiet enthusiast in the event. They appeared on time and were happy Doodling, drew many beautiful and creative pieces of art. Some students were also involved in helping each others in their drawing. Overall ARTEA – A Doodle Art competition Organized by Fine Arts Club for UG Students was a successful event.
Institute of Technology and Science, Mohan Nagar, Ghaziabad is organized Guest Lecture on ""Entrepreneurship Awareness and Benefit" on December 14th, 2022.from 11:00 AM- 1:00 PM. The Guest lecture was carried out by Mr. H P Singh – Founder Director of ‘Chote Vypar ki Pathshala’ & Export management & Service Institute and Former Chief Consultant & Program Director in NIESBUD. The Guest Lecture help the students to expose with the practical experience and knowledge of business and how this power will boost the growth of firm.Students receive a valuable educational experience from the guest lecturers based on their real-world experiences. Mr. H P Singh's speech began with a discussion of business fundamentals. To encourage the students to pursue entrepreneurship as a career, he showed some motivational videos and spoke about great entrepreneurs. He also provides information on various government initiatives and the entrepreneurial ecosystem. After delivering his lecture he encouraged students to clear their doubts and clarified many doubts of the budding entrepreneurs. Overall, the session was very informative and practical oriented.
The objective of this guest lecture was to give insights about the main technologies currently used in cloud computing and what are their programming models. Mr. Tushar Agarwal, Data Engineering Associate Manager, Accenture was the speaker of the session. He started the session by telling about how cloud computing has revolutionized the computing landscape in the last decade, its ability to scale out computing workloads and network services has been an enormous driver of innovation in industry, academia, and beyond. He has also given the demo of Infra as a service, platform as a service on Google Cloud. Through this session student got to know about hardware virtualization technologies used in data centers, different service abstraction levels and future career opportunities in the domain of cloud computing.

The Guest lecture was crried out by Mr. Shrey Sharma Assistant Manager "METLIFE NOIDA" .The aim of the guest lecture was to make aware students with the latest technology and trends in the Cyber Security world. Speaker Mr. Shrey Sharma also motivated the students about the various career opportunities for BCA graduates in the field of Public Key Infrastructure. As encryption and decryption algorithms, he discussed with the students about the career oriented domain. Mr. Shrey gave different ideas to protect oneself from cyber crime. The Guest Lecture exposed the students with the Practical experience and Know how of Cyber Law. A brief idea of digital signature and cryptography has also been given to the students. Institute of Technology and Science, Mohan Nagar, Ghaziabad, UG Campus organized “Induction Program” 02 days Induction Programme for 27th Batch of BBA (Batch 2022-25) students from 2nd December to 3rd December, 2022. On Day – 01(Documents Verification Day) 2nd December, 2022. All the students reported at the venue for the registration which was followed by Document Verification.The first day of Induction for the BBA Batch began with students reporting to New seminar hall at 9:00 am, later session on Professional communication and ethics started followed by Ice breaking session and session on Familiarisation with Information Technology. Students have also had their mentoring sessions in the end. Document verification and document collection was also part of the day. Kits and email addresses were distributed to students. Students were allowed to share any questions they had, and those questions were answered in a way that was comfortable for them, allowing them to more readily shape themselves, in this new environment of college life. On Day – 02 Programme held in New Seminar Hall of the Institute 3rd December 2022 in august presence of following eminent guests to bless, address and interact with newly admitted students: 1. Ms. Medha Sharma (Quality Analyst )- Tata Croma ,Ahmedabad The program was Started with the lamp lighting by our above-mentioned dignitaries and taking blessing of Maa Sarasvati Dr. Sunil Kumar Pandey, Director (IT & UG), Prof. Nancy Sharma, Vice Principal (UG) and Year Coordinator Prof. Anubha Srivastava. On the occasion, Prof Nancy Sharma, Vice Principal, UG Campus gave an overview of the various academic, non-academic opportunities available for the all-round development of the students at UG campus. She said that every student joins I.T.S with the objective of becoming successful professional and I.T.S provides precise environment which facilitates the students to achieve that objective. She congratulated all the students for selecting I.T.S as the destination for beginning new chapter of their life. Director-IT & UG, Dr Sunil Kumar Pandey briefed the students about contribution of I.T.S from the last 27 years in producing the budding managers and IT professionals. He said that getting placed in a company of repute is dream of every student joining I.T.S, their dreams come true as we provide placements in best of the companies like TCS, Infosys, Deloitte, Wipro, Lenskart, Zomato, Amazon etc. He advised the students to enjoy growth of the investment they made by taking admission at I.T.S. Shri Upkar Singh Sir– The Education Group, in his address advised all the newly admitted students to have their own goals. Sir, asked the objective of some of the students behind joining undergraduate program at ITS. He was of the view that one should not be carried away with the success or failure of others. He advised students to grab various opportunities at I.T.S. There should not be full stop to learning. Students felt motivated as all participated actively by answering the questions asked by respected Sir. Ms. Medha Sharma– She gave wishes to whole ITS Family. The foundation of ITS that made the platform for the great learning of students. She further mentioned that her statement links with vision and mission of Dr. Sunil Kumar Pandey Sir. Ms. Medha being an alumni of BBA Batch (2014- 17) made practical statement that once student will pass out of this campus then what their level and status will be. All the dignitaries congratulated the newly admitted students for selecting the best institute i.e I.T.S, for pursuing their professional degree course and wished them for a bright future ahead. At the end all the dignitaries were given a vote of thanks by BBA 1st year coordinator- Prof. Anubha Srivastava. Students really got to learn various things and also enjoyed a lot.

Chadha, Honorable Chairman, I.T.S - The Education Group.
The Cricket Match was an initiative on the inspiration by our Shri Arpit Chadha, Vice Chairman, I.T.S - The Education Group. In a very interesting and close match, The staff team won by 29 Runs.
The match started with the formal opening ceremony graced by Prof. Sunil Kr Pandey, Director-IT & UG Campus, Dr. Vibhuti Narayan Bajpai, Coordinator of the Match Dr. Dhruva Kumar Pandey. The Toss was won by Captain of Staff Team - Shri Manoj Tyagi who decided to Bat first. The match started at in the presence of huge gathering of teams, faculties and staff members.

The Theater Club is a platform where enthusiastic students meet and synergize their energies to bring out and live every emotion that life has to offer. This club believes that expression of thoughts is required and intends to provide the opportunity for the same. Not only does it helps to remove hesitation but makes our students aware and socially responsible towards the society.It also helps to enable young minds to gain an increase self-confidence, self-esteem. Participants performed in groups of 3.There were two rounds in this event First round was of Bollywood quiz in which participants were provided with the visual clues presented in the form of ppt. In the second round“Act it out” shortlisted groups participated and acted based on dumb charades by providingclue chits. Time allotted for each group was 1 minute. Dr. YaminiNegi was an internal judge for the event.
