13-09-2021The 03 Weeks Student Engagement Program for new students of BBA/BCA Course was inaugurated in the online mode on 7th September’2021. On day-5 of Student Engagement Programme, Mr. M.M. Pant, Founder & Chairman Planet Edu, Ex. Prof.-VC, IGNOU, initiated the session with the concept of self learning & motivated the students to get involved in positive thinking. He advised students to focus more on AI technology. Students were very curious to listen to the speaker & there were many queries asked by them. Mr. Rahul Mishra, Advisor Cyber Security U.P. Police, during his session specially motivated the young generation to be aware of the e - frauds through social media platforms and to be aware of fake social media profiles. Mr. Sudhir Dua, Entrepreneur & Motivational Speaker, motivated the students to enjoy their college life by learning many new things. He advised the students to commit themselves. Students were delighted during his session & asked numerous questions. Dr. Sunil Kr. Pandey, Director (IT & UG), thanked the eminent speakers of the program for sparing their time and sharing their insights with the students. He congratulated and applauded the active participation of the students. Prof. Nancy Sharma – Vice-Principal (UG), I.T.S Ghaziabad extended her best wishes to all the students and encouraged them to actively participate in the program to enhance their learning process.

15-09-2021On day-7 of Student Engagement Programme Mr. Munna Mishra, Asst. Prof. ITS Mohan Nagar Ghaziabad, started the session by explaining the concept leadership and its importance. He focused on some important qualities of leadership. He advised students prioritize goals and take responsibility for accomplishing them. Mr. K. P Singh, Asst. Prof. ITS Mohan Nagar Ghaziabad, focussed on very sensitive & important topic of social media. The speaker advice the students to use social media platform very carefully. Students asked many questions at the end of the session. Mr. Vikas Kumar, Asst. Prof. ITS Mohan Nagar Ghaziabad, explained very easy tricks to students for solving complex mathematical problems. Number of queries were answered by the speaker related to the topic at the end of the session. Mass Communication Club- “Janmat” of ITS UG campus also conducted an extempore competition for the first year students on different topics given on the spot. Students participated with great enthusiasm & spoke so well related to the topic. Dr. Sunil Kr. He also appreciated the efforts put in by the club for imparting basic information regarding the subject to the students. Starlighters -The Dance & Music Club of I.T.S UG Campus organised an Online Talent Hunt for BBA & BCA Students (Batch-2021-2024) on 24th September, 2021 in Student’s Engagement Programme-2021
24-09-2021The objective of the event was to provide students a platform to showcase their talent, skills, and knowledge related to co-curricular and extra-curricular areas. Categories of Talent round were Dance, Song, Playing any Musical Instrument, Paint a Picture, Reciting a Famous Speech, Rap song, Poetry, Performing a Magic Act, Telling a Story, Mimicry, Mono Acting, Elocution(Public Speaking), Card Tricks, Beatbox, Ramp Walk, Hula-hooping, Singing in a different language, Puppet Show, Jump-Rope Tricks, Gymnastics Routine, Breakdance, Shadow Dancing, Yoga Stances, Face-Painting, Whistle a Tune, Sketching, Clay Modeling, Ambidexterity (Writing with both hands at the same time), Karate, Juggling Act. Participants were requested to send their videos of not more than 2 minutes in the event. Competition received an overwhelming response in terms of participation. Students enjoyed a lot. Overall, it was fun and entertaining event. Participants were judged on the basis of their Talent (Ability to do what Activity or Skills Requires; Memorization), Creativity (Produce Something New, Unique &Original; Creativity in delivering of the Act) & Showmanship (Stage Personality; Poise, Confidence, Expression, Voice Projection, Gesture, Stage Presence Connectivity with the Audience). E-certificates of participation will be provided to the registered participants and the best three videos will be declared as I, II & III and will also get the Certificate of Merit in the felicitation ceremony.
Women Cell at I.T.S UG Campus organised an Online Session on Financial Planning for BBA & BCA Girl Students on September 22, 2021.
22-09-2021The objective behind this session was to provide financial education to girl students to grasp the importance of budgeting and preparing for life after college.Girl Students from BBA &BCA joined the session.The eminent speaker of the session was Ms. Swati Singhania, Financial Coach. She stated that financial wellness has become non negotiable these days considering the fact that 59% of participants were stressed about their financial conditions. If savings are done without investing then standard of living will be impacted by inflation on average of 5% yearly. Ms Swati Singhania discussed all the possible investment options by introducing the concept of diversification & portfolio management. Girl students enthusiastically participated in the session and asked various questions from the Speaker.

27-09-2021In continuous efforts to enhance the overall personality of the students, ITS is committed to groom up their students by organizing a workshop for BBA and BCA Final Year students on Corporate attire by an experienced professional, Corporate Trainer and Motivational Speaker TIE Learning, Today industry has become highly competitive and the students need to be presentable, to create their first impression and to prove the well-known saying “First impression is the last impression”. Mr. Govind Mishra explained the Do's and Don’ts of corporate attire and helped the students to understand essence of power dressing, role of accessories etc. Session was highly interactive and the students were highly enthusiastic and they listened to the speaker patiently. Mr. Govind Mishra answered all the queries raised by the students. Altogether it was an eye opener session.

03-09-2021The fourth day of Online Bootcamp on “Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligencestarted at 10:00 AM.The Guest speaker of the day was Mr.PrashantGangwar Sr. Consultant Tec stack New Delhi. In continuation with the concept of Machine Learning, speaker asked to submit the assessment test given on Day-3. Further he shared the study material for Day-4. Mr. Prashant started his session with briefing about the previous day topics and also asked queries on the topics he has covered on Day-1, Day-2&Day-3. Mr. Prashant started with overview of Regression. The speaker explained types of regression its formulae and its implementation using python.He told about confusion matrix, error calculation, decision tree etc. With above concepts, speaker also discussed classification. He told students where we can use random forest regressor and where we can use random forest classifier also briefed about the important questions for interview such as Boot strap aggregation, multiple regression formulae and many more. At last, the problem-solving session was taken where the speaker solved the queries of students and debugged the problems they are facing. He gave assignment to all students based on topics covered in Day-4. The day ended with introduction to clustering and sharing of Iris data set to perform different operations.

In continuation with the concept of Machine Learning, speaker asked to submit the assessment test given on Day-2. He also shared the study material for Day-3. Mr. Prashant started his session with the recap of previous day topics and also asked queries which he has covered on Day-1& Day-2.Mr.Prashant started with Data Pre-processing concepts which includes feature scaling,label encoding, Binary Encoding,Null value replacement and removal,column renaming is given as assessment With above concepts, speaker also discussed Machine learning and its techniques. He discussed with students how they can differentiate between machine learning and artificial intelligence. He discussed different examples to differentiate between machine learning and artificial intelligence also briefed about the important questions for interview At last,the speaker taught about the basics of regression and types of regression and how to implement the problem statement in Python. He gave assignment to all students based on topics covered in Day-3.

With above concepts,speaker also discussed a very important concept of Data Pre-processing, level encoding in Machine learning. He also discusses about the Neural Network Concept. At last, he also briefed about the important questions for interview. He gave assignment to all students based on topics covered in Day-2 .
“Achievers” Of HR Club UG Campus organized an Online Extempore “The Spur of the Moment for BBA and BCA students, on September 6, 2020.
06-09-2020The objective ofExtempore is to enable the student to think out of the box and off the feet. It is a great platform to develop communication skills and time management, pushes one to conceive and generate ideas without any preparation and makes them to address and analyze the issue on the spot.The theme of the extempore is“Battle of Young Minds”. Description: AnOnline Spur of the moment participants were provided with the topics on spot along with the related visuals. They were aloud to think on the topic for 2 minutes and speaking time was 5 minutes, they could change the topic once,Participants were quite enthusiastic for the event and enjoyed the visuals related to it, Participants has shown astonishing performance which actually needs courage. Winners were decided based on their overall performance, the content, fluency, communication,confidence.
