The Workshop started with a very interesting exercise in which the participants were asked to draw their own sketch in reference to a particular situation. Every individual is a treasure of immense potential and one need to explore and identify those strength and weakness to deliver effective results and strengthen healthy relationships. The speakers for this session were Dr. D.K. Pandey and Dr. Charu Chaudhary from I.T.S PG Campus. This workshop sensitized the participants (BBA-II Semester) about their key strengths and weakness so that they can leverage the knowledge to effectively relate with themselves and others. The participants could come to know about certain things which can bring happiness in their lives. They became aware of their strengths and weakness which can help them in many ways. The workshop was full of practical exercises and was indeed a great experience for all the students.
