The five days “Employability Skills Development Program” in collaboration with GTT Foundation (powered by Barclays) for BBA & BCA 3rd year students was conducted in an online mode at I.T.S UG Campus from January6, 2022 –  January12, 2022.

The objective behind this program is to equip the students with the basic information and skills required for employment. Under this program the students will be provided with the opportunity to be trained by Corporate Trainers to enhance their Life skills which would help them significantly to increase their chance of succeeding in a job interview. This program was initiated under the guidance of Dr. Sunil Kr Pandey - Director (IT & UG) at I.T.S Ghaziabad and Prof. Nancy Sharma – Vice-Principal (UG), I.T.S Ghaziabad.

  On day 5, Ms. Saiba Abbi Ma’am, Certified International Trainer GTT, started the session with a discussion of the 30-60-90 method. Ms. Saiba highlighted to the students that while starting a new job is exciting and energising, it can also be daunting, but developing a goal-driven plan will assist you in adjusting to your new role quickly and successfully. Additionally, she addressed the employee life cycle's value. She highlighted to students that the employee life cycle is a model that depicts the numerous stages that the majority of employees will experience during their employment relationship with their employer. Furthermore, she facilitated group discussions, mock interviews, and self-introductions for students. Throughout the session, students engaged in a range of activities and presented a variety of questions. All participants were notified that they will get an e-certificate via mail for their participation.
