The objective behind this program is to equip the students with the basic information and skills required for employment. Under this program the students will be provided with the opportunity to be trained by Corporate Trainers to enhance their Life skills which would help them significantly to increase their chance of succeeding in a job interview. This program was initiated under the guidance and support of Dr. Sunil Kr Pandey - Director (IT & UG) at I.T.S Ghaziabad and Prof. Nancy Sharma – Vice-Principal (UG), I.T.S Ghaziabad.

Dr. Vidushi Singh, Chairperson BCA Program, explained to the students that the foundation of any career is employability skills; these skills enable you to work in a variety of roles, sectors, and industries. Companies usually want to see evidence that you already possess these soft skills prior to hiring, as they are much more difficult to teach. She stated that she believes students will benefit greatly from this workshop because the content is designed in a manner so as to increase their employment prospects.

Ms. Saiba Abbi Ma’am,Certified International Trainer GTT,is the trainer for the Program. She started the session by explaining the about the Employability Skills Development Programme. During the session she discussed what one should need to learn for their interpersonal skills like, creative thinking, people management decision making, emotional intelligence, creative with coordinating with others. She told students that it will help you to groom and increase yourself based on Management and improves your thinking style.
