The objective behind the guest lecture was to help students understand the importance of Relational Database Management System and its applications.

The resource person Mr. Ajay Kumar, IT Technical Architect, Fidelity Information Services, Gurugram briefed the students about the basic concepts of RDBMS like relational schema, relation key, relational integrity constraints, relational algebra etc. He also told the students that based on the practical knowledge of developing database applications; a student can benefit a lot in terms of placement.
