In continuous efforts to enhance the academic quality, UG campus organized guest lecture for BBA first year students. In this endeavour, CS.Mr.Ravi Bhushan Kumar had delivered lecture on “Taxation System in India”, He is a Practicing in Company Secretary for past 10 years with various clients in Ghaziabad, Lucknow, Kanpur, Noida and Pune. He is the Director of Fidele Corporate Services Private Limited. The session aimed at providing the students a practical insight in the field of finance supporting the theoretical learning of the subject in the classrooms .

 The lecture comprised of both theoretical as well as practical aspects of the topic. The session was very interactive as students asked a number of questions related to taxation system, progressive taxes & fixed rate taxes , its implications, direct & indirect taxes, he also explained different heads of incomes on which taxes are to be imposed and speaker answered all the questions of the students with keen interest quoting the  examples from the corporate world It also helped them to understand the implications of the taxes in different areas, along with the knowledge related to the tax slabs .
