Students participated with zeal  and had a very good discussion on the topic. The debate competition gave an opportunity to the student participants to present their opinions for or against the motion. Facts and points were presented and a fair discussion was held.Voting is necessary, as it gives us the right to choose our leader who can represent us and can develop the nation. But there are many loop holes which restrict people from voting. Students also discussed about the various reasons of people not intending to vote. Why it should be made mandatory and countering to thatstudents presented that what all consequences may be faced if voting is made mandatory.

Students performed well and it was a tough competition for each other. Students had a knowledgeable discussion.
