A Video Conferencing Session on “Customer Loyalty’ was conducted on February 12, 2020 for the students of BBA. The speakers for the Session were Mr Malcolm Koh, Customer Experience Strategist and Mary Grace De Ocampo, Customer Success, Zendesk, Singapore. It was discussed that Brands succeed or fail based on the customer experience that they deliver. All businesses from all sizes have the power to create loyal customers with every interaction, from the initial sale to contacting customer service to becoming a repeat customer. If they don’t, customers will hold them accountable.
The students found content of the session full of interesting data, information and knowledge. It was a wonderful learning experience for them.
