Day 4 – 20th August 2026 I.T.S., Mohan Nagar, Ghaziabad (UG Campus) organized the six-day “PRARAMBH-2026” Orientation Programme for the newly admitted students of BBA and BCA (Batch 2026–29) from 17th to 22nd August 2026. The programme was designed to provide students with a smooth transition into undergraduate education through a blend of academic orientation, skill development, awareness sessions, leadership activities, experiential learning, and student engagement initiatives. Management Games – Learning Through Fun and Experiential Activities In the morning session, a series of management games was conducted in the classrooms of the first-year BBA and BCA students. After lunch, selected HR-related games were also organized on the Playing Ground of the UG Campus. These activities provided students with an opportunity to learn management concepts through practical, interactive, and enjoyable experiences. Management games are effective experiential learning tools that help students understand management concepts by applying them to practical and simulated situations. They are particularly useful for BBA and BCA students as they encourage the development of essential professional skills along with conceptual learning. The major management games conducted included:  Connect the Clues  Watch to Remember  Mind Matrix  HR-Related Games The primary aim of these activities was to create an interactive, enjoyable, and experiential learning environment for the students. The games encouraged students to learn through participation, teamwork, observation, logical thinking, problem-solving, communication, coordination, and decision-making. The first-year BBA and BCA students participated in all the management games with great enthusiasm and excitement. The activities created a lively and energetic atmosphere across the campus. Students demonstrated active involvement, happiness, cooperation, healthy competition, and a strong team spirit. The games also provided students with an opportunity to interact with their classmates, overcome initial hesitation, take up challenges, and work collaboratively. Through these activities, students developed and demonstrated important skills such as confidence, communication, coordination, leadership, teamwork, problem-solving, quick thinking, and interpersonal skills.
