The ceremony was organized with an objective to to recognize hard work and efforts of Principal, and Teachers to improve educational level of the society
and to felicitate meritorious students of Class XII who have secured 75% and above in their Board Examination.
For the seventh consecutive year, I.T.S organized “Academic Excellence Award and Felicitation Ceremony” to recognize hard work and efforts of Principal
and Teachers and to felicitate meritorious students of class XII from Schools across Delhi - NCR on Saturday, May 18, 2019. I.T.S, in its endeavor to
nurture young talent and recognize the hard work of the students had organized this felicitation and appreciation ceremony. Approximately 620 students,
from more than 75 reputed schools across Delhi-NCR securing 75% and above in their Class XII Board Examination, were awarded with merit certificates
and medals for their commendable performance. The stream-toppers from various streams of schools (Arts/Science/Commerce/Humanities) were also

Vice Chairman, I.T.S - The Education Group, Mr. Arpit Chadha, laid down the importance of choosing the rightful career path in one’s life. He motivated students
to explore newer directions to lead their career. Director - PR, I.T.S - The Education Group, Mr. Surinder Sood, made students understand once again the importance 
of teachers and parents in their lives. Chief Guest, Smt. Asha Sharma, Mayor, Ghaziabad, congratulated the meritorious students and advised them to work hard towards
their dream. Guest of Honor, Mr. Subrata Hazara, Passport Officer, Ghaziabad, told students that one should always realize one’s true potential and act towards fulfillment
of their goals diligently. Director - UG, Dr. Vidya Sekhri, briefed about the importance of pursuing a apt career in today’s cut-throat competition.
Vice Principal - UG, Prof. Nancy Sharma, emphasized the importance of a befitting higher education as it prepares us well to deal with challenges in our life.

Approximate 625 meritorious students from schools across Delhi - NCR participated in the ceremony along with their parents and teacher. They were awarded with
 Certificate of Appreciation and Medals.
It was a wonderful experience having students, parents and teachers under one roof working together to give this momentum a direction.
I.T.S believes that such events shall boost the morale of the students in the field of academics and hone their talent in the right direction.
