I.T.S., Mohan Nagar, Ghaziabad (UG Campus) organized the six-day “PRARAMBH- 2026” Orientation Programme (Day 06) for the newly admitted students of BBA and BCA (Batch 2026–29) from 17th to 22nd August 2026.

Day 6 – Panel Discussion & Student-Driven Activities, Final Day of PRARAMBH-2026 The sixth and final day of PRARAMBH-2026, the Orientation Programme for BBA and BCA Batch 2026–2029, concluded with an insightful Panel Discussion on “Navigating the Convergence of Business, Technology and Artificial Intelligence.” The distinguished panel included Dr. Sushil Kr. Mehar, CIO, AIIMS New Delhi; Shri Avneesh Vats General Manager(IT) Energy Efficiency Services Ltd; Shri Bharat Anand, Group Chief Information & Technology Officer, Contec Global; and Shri Anshul Gupta Associate Manager EY Parthenon- GDS. The session was graced by the presence of Dr. Nancy Sharma, Principal -UG Campus, and Dr. Sunil Kumar Pandey, Director - PG who welcomed and felicitated the distinguished guests and panel members. Their presence added significance to the concluding day of the orientation programme. Dr. Sushil Kr. Mehar highlighted the growing role of AI in healthcare, particularly in early cancer detection, thermal scanning and AI-enabled healthcare applications. He emphasized the importance of clean and complete data, along with security, confidentiality and ethical use of technology. Shri Avneesh Vats discussed the rapid evolution of technology from the internet and cloud computing to the present AI revolution. He encouraged students to understand core technologies, data, cybersecurity and emerging career opportunities. Shri Bharat Anand emphasized the need to understand whether technology controls us or we control technology. He highlighted that while AI can provide information and options, human beings remain responsible for creativity, judgement and final decision-making. Shri Anshul Gupta discussed the role of AI in decision-making, consultancy, process efficiency, revenue generation and saving time and resources. He stressed that the effectiveness of AI depends largely on the quality of data and processes provided to it. The panel encouraged students to develop logical thinking, reasoning, communication skills, ethical values and strong core competencies. Students were advised to start early, practise consistently, remain curious and make the most of the opportunity to learn from failures during college. Dr. Mehar advised students to treat the first two years as their foundation, while Shri Bharat Anand encouraged them to become Gen-AI ready. Post-Lunch Activity – Clue Quest: A Visual Discovery Challenge The post-lunch session featured an engaging and interactive activity, “Clue Quest – A Visual Discovery Challenge.” Students participated enthusiastically in a series of visual clues and challenges designed to promote observation, logical thinking, teamwork, creativity and quick decision-making. The activity provided an enjoyable platform for students to interact with their peers, build team spirit and apply problem-solving skills in a fun-filled environment. The day concluded on a high note, combining industry insights, emerging technology awareness and experiential learning, thereby providing a meaningful and memorable conclusion to the six-day PRARAMBH-2026 Orientation Programme.
