The I.T.S Mohan Nagar UG Campus organized an educational visit to the Jagran Film Festival (JFF) 2026 – Delhi Edition on 20th August 2026 at Dr. Ambedkar International Centre, Janpath, New Delhi, for the students of BBA Second Year (Batch 2025–28). Around 94 students participated in the visit. The primary objective was to provide students with practical exposure to the world of cinema, media, communication, and creative industries, while helping them understand the role of films as a medium of storytelling, culture, and social awareness. During the festival, the students attended film screenings, panel discussions, and interactive sessions with renowned personalities from the film industry. The students had the opportunity to interact with eminent celebrities, including Mr. Madhur Bhandarkar, acclaimed filmmaker, Mr. Sudhir Mishra Indian filmmaker and Syed Jaaved Ahmed Jaffrey are an Indian Actor, Dancer, Producer and Comedian. The students gained knowledge about: ● Film production and storytelling techniques ● Scriptwriting and creative content development ● Media and entertainment industry practices ● Communication and presentation skills ● Career opportunities in the creative and media sectors The visit was highly informative and provided experiential learning beyond classroom concepts. Students had a wonderful and enriching experience by interacting with film personalities and understanding the practical aspects of the media and entertainment sector. Overall, the visit to the Jagran Film Festival was successful and significantly enhanced students’ understanding of the creative industry, communication practices, and career opportunities in the fields of media, filmmaking, and entertainment.
