I.T.S. Mohan Nagar, Ghaziabad (UG Campus) organized the Placement Readiness Enhancement Program (PREP-2026) for BCA III year students Batch 24-27 on July 6, 2026 Mr. Arpit Chadha, Vice Chairman, I.T.S – The Education Group, inspired students to embrace continuous learning, develop industry-relevant competencies, and prepare themselves to become confident professionals ready to excel in the corporate world. Dr. Nancy Sharma, Principal, I.T.S Mohan Nagar (UG Campus) encouraged students to actively participate in every session of the programme and emphasized that discipline, communication skills, and a positive attitude are the key pillars of professional success. The Placement Readiness Enhancement Program (PREP-2026) commenced with an inaugural session for BBA and BCA III Year students, introducing the programme objectives and structure. The Dean Academics & Heads of the BCA Dr. Vidushi Singh Maam and Head of the BBA Departments Prof. Aadil Khan Sir, along with the BBA & BCA year Coordinators, highlighted the significance of the 02 week’s PREP programme, covering aptitude development, technical skills, corporate communication, soft skills, interview preparation, and personality development. They encouraged students to actively participate and make the most of the programme to enhance their employability and industry readiness. Session on Corporate Civility The inaugural session was followed by an enlightening session on Corporate Civility conducted by Dr. Neeraj Chandhok, Corporate Trainer and Motivational Speaker Dr. Chandhok emphasized the importance of professional etiquette, workplace ethics, and respectful behaviour in a corporate environment. Through practical examples and real-life corporate scenarios, he encouraged students to develop professional conduct that reflects confidence, responsibility, and respect in the workplace. Session on Corporate Readiness The session on Corporate Readiness, led by Prof. Anjali Gupta, focused on preparing students for the expectations of the corporate world. She highlighted the importance of communication skills, personal grooming, confidence, time management, adaptability, problem-solving, and continuous learning. The interactive session offered valuable insights into workplace behaviour, interview readiness, and professional excellence, enabling students to better understand the competencies required to become industry-ready professionals.
