I.T.S, Mohan Nagar (UG Campus) proudly participated in the Two-Day Pedagogy Workshop organized under the Malaviya Mission Scheme Teacher’s Training Programme as a part of the Capacity Building for Design & Entrepreneurship (CBDE) Programme – Phase III. The workshop was organized by Indian Institute of Management Sirmaur (IIM Sirmaur) in collaboration with IIITDM Kancheepuram on 22–23 December 2025. Mr. Vishal Kumar Tyagi represented the institution in this prestigious academic programme. The workshop focused on innovative pedagogical approaches, experiential learning methodologies, and entrepreneurship-driven curriculum development aimed at strengthening faculty capabilities in design and entrepreneurship education. The sessions were conducted by distinguished academicians and experts who shared insights on contemporary teaching-learning frameworks, outcome-based education, and capacity-building strategies aligned with emerging industry and academic requirements. The programme emphasized interactive learning, collaborative discussions, and practical applications in academic settings. During the event, participants engaged in structured discussions, knowledge-sharing sessions, and collaborative exercises designed to enhance instructional effectiveness and curriculum innovation. The workshop provided an excellent platform for networking with academicians from reputed institutions across the country. Mr. Vishal Kumar Tyagi successfully completed the programme and was awarded a certificate of participation by the organizing institution. His participation contributed significantly to professional development and will further strengthen institutional initiatives in entrepreneurship and design-oriented education.
