This lecture was organized for BCA-III Semester students. Students learned the basic concept and use of the “Access Specifiers in Inheritance and Virtual Function in C++”. The objective of this session To provide basic characteristics of OOP through C++ and to impart skills on various kinds of overloading and inheritance. Dr. Anuradha Chug demonstrated the various types of specifiers and how these specifiers are used in inheritance. During the session she has explained the basic concepts and techniques which form the object oriented programming paradigm. She also explained the model of object oriented programming like abstract data types, encapsulation, inheritance and polymorphism and how to implement programs using classes and objects, operator overloading, Able to specify the types of inheritance and use them in programs. She implemented these specifiers in real life. She also give the idea about the compile time and run time polymorphism. She gave the examples to use of virtual function in C++. At the end of the session students interacted with our resource person.
