The objective behind thisvisit was to give students insight about basics of computer network.

To develop an understanding of different components of computer networks, various protocols, modern technologies and their applications this visit was organized.Mr. Abhishek from Network Bulls briefed the students about computer network role in communication. During visit students learnt about IP addressing scheme and benefits of DHCP, DNS, Telnet to make the network more scalable.Students got to know that how CISCO packet tracer is helpful  in creating the simulation of any LAN.In demo session students were introduced about L2 , L3 switches, routers and learnt the key point of differences. Some hands on commands like ipconfig, traceroute, nslookup, ping etc. were also discussed to give more clarity to students. Students also got the knowledge about steps of router configuration and role of gateway in controlling user access . Students were briefed about the significance of fast Ethernet 0/0, 0/1, auxiliary port and console port. Mr. Abhishek also briefed the students about future carrier options in the field of networking. Students got to know about CCNA, CCNP and CCIE certification which is necessary to become the expert in domain of network and related security.

Students were curious to know about networking devices and their installation process.All the queries of students were handled properly by Mr. Abhishek and his team.
