
The objective to organize this event was to felicitate and acknowledge the talents of students who have participated and won in various club activities, students who headed the clubs & societies and also the members of “TATVA” student’s e-magazine for volume 8 & 9.
More than 100 students participated in the event from all over BBA/BCA. The Felicitation ceremony is a potpourri of potential meaning that it provides a healthy and competitive environment for students to thrive in all areas of activity, whether academics, sports, or any other extra-curricular role involved in myriad of benefits. The main aim is to provide equal opportunities to all the students in order to realize their full potential and prepare for life after college. Furthermore, it aims to maintain an enumeration of all the students and update the data base with the same. Ultimately, it also encourages the students to become eager about their professional careers and when the time comes to ultimately flourish in it as well.
On this occasion, Prof. Anubha Srivastava– Club Convener (UG), in her welcome address said that it is a matter of great satisfaction and happiness to interact with our passed-out students once again to share their exploration, learning and experience with the students and to guide them. She also said that it provides an opportunity to lead a team, coordinate activities, and present, as well as opportunities to build relationships with peers.
Prof. Mala Sharma– Club Convener (UG), introduced clubs & societies and said I.T.S. has a strong tradition-oriented clubs that enables students to join and pursue variety of interests.
Prof. Vaijayanti Anand expressed her views about the Tattva Magazine and role and efforts students put in each and every volume.
The ceremony started with a memorable video that made all the audience historical and reminded them of their college life once again, how they used to bunk the lectures, how they participated in different activities, etc. Students had also prepared different performances (dance, singing, etc) which audiences enjoyed a lot.
It was a wonderful interaction with students & faculty during the ceremony. According to students those who are passed out explained their juniors that success could be achieved only by stepping out of their comfort zones and participating in various clubs events. They also briefed that how I.T.S and Faculty Members played important role in their life.
