The five days “Employability Skills Development Program” in collaboration with GTT Foundation (powered by Barclays) for BBA & BCA 3rd year students was inaugurated in an online mode at I.T.S UG Campus on January6, 2022.

The objective behind this program is to equip the students with the basic information and skills required for employment. Under this program the students will be provided with the opportunity to be trained by Corporate Trainers to enhance their Life skills which would help them significantly to increase their chance of succeeding in a job interview. This program was initiated under the guidance and support of Dr. Sunil Kr Pandey - Director (IT & UG) at I.T.S Ghaziabad and Prof. Nancy Sharma – Vice-Principal (UG), I.T.S Ghaziabad.

  On Day 3, Ms. Saiba Abbi Ma’am, Certified International Trainer GTT started the session by explaining the students how to build strong foundation for job. She said that everyone should remember to have a vision in mind, establish networking goals, start before you’re ready, establish a work-life balance and know and believe you’re more than your job. She discussed the important points to be taken care of while preparing resume. She also discussed how to build own brand. Students enjoyed the deliberation shared during the session and asked a number of questions at the end of the session.
