The motive behind this lecture was to expose the students to the topic “Personality Analysis”.The session aimed at providing the students a practical insight to the term Personality and its importance in effective communication.Ms. Soni Sharma-speaker of the session gave an overview of Personality, types of personality, Manners and Etiquette of corporate culture with special emphasis on Soft Skills enhancement; Personal Effectiveness.She cited real time experiences from the industry, her training career to elaborate on the factors causing miscommunication and made the session highly interactive.
