The session was organized to motivate BCA students to dream big, begin with achievable goals, and build their careers step by step. Mr. Bindesh Pandey shared his professional journey and industry experience, highlighting the importance of continuous learning, confidence, skill development, professional communication and a clear career roadmap. The interaction enabled students to understand how consistent efforts and learning from real- world experiences can help them progress from campus to corporate life. He emphasized that “neither success is permanent, nor is failure”. He encouraged students to understand that it is okay to fail, but it is not okay to accept failure as the end of the journey. The session was interactive and provided students with an opportunity to engage with the alumnus, seek guidance and gain practical insights into career growth and professional life.
