An inspiring and insightful session was organized for BCA students featuring Mr. Avneet Bhargava, VP – Operations Compliance, MyOperator, and proud alumnus of the BCA Batch 2004–07. Drawing from his professional journey and industry experience, Mr. Bhargava shared valuable insights on continuous learning, confidence, skill development, professional communication, and building a clear career roadmap. His experiences offered students a practical perspective on transitioning from campus to corporate life and turning consistent efforts into meaningful career growth. One of the key takeaways from the session was: “Neither success is permanent, nor is failure.” He encouraged students to embrace failure as a part of the learning journey, reminding them that it is okay to fail, but it is not okay to accept failure as the end of the journey. The interactive session gave students an opportunity to connect with an alumnus, ask questions, seek guidance, and gain practical insights into professional life and career development. Dream big. Keep learning. Build your skills. Stay consistent. Turn potential into progress.
