I.T.S - UG Campus has organized Alumni Talk on 05.02.26 for BCA II year batch 2024-27 students. Ms. Manisha Sharma of BCA 2012-15 batch was invited as guest speaker on speak on topic “Exploring Diverse Career Opportunities”. The objective of this Alumni Talk was to give an opportunity to meet BCA II year students with a senior BCA pass out who can share his valuable experience with them. Ms. Manisha Sharma, Senior Tech Lead at HCL Technologies, shared her inspiring journey from campus life to a successful corporate career. She discussed the wide range of career opportunities available after BCA, including software testing, development, quality assurance, automation, and emerging technology domains. Ms Sharma emphasized the importance of building strong fundamentals, gaining hands-on technical skills, and continuously upgrading oneself to stay relevant in the IT industry. She also highlighted the role of certifications, internships, and professional attitude in career growth. The session concluded with an interactive question-and-answer round where students actively participated and sought guidance on career planning, skill development, and industry expectations. Overall, the session was informative, motivating, and highly beneficial for the students.
