Description The fifth day of the Faculty Development Programme was inaugurated by Dr. Nancy Sharma, Principal, UG Campus, who emphasized the importance of adopting AI-enabled technologies and innovative teaching practices to enhance academic excellence. The first technical session, AI Management: Power BI / Tableau Dashboards,was delivered by Prof. (Dr.) B. K. Jha. He explained the role of Business Intelligence, interactive dashboards, Power BI, and Tableau in data visualization, real-time decision- making, KPI monitoring, and AI-powered analytics for effective institutional and organizational management. The second technical session,Humanizing AI: Balancing Technology, Screen Time Mental Wellbeing, was conducted by Ms. Suchi Sharma, who discussed responsible AI usage, digital wellness, emotional resilience, and maintaining a healthy balance between technology and personal well-being. The programme concluded with a vote of thanks by Dr. Vidushi Singh, Dean Academic, UG Campus, who appreciated the resource persons and encouraged participants to implement the knowledge gained in their teaching and professional practices.
