Day-5: July 10, 2026 As part of the Placement Readiness Enhancement Program (PREP-2026), I.T.S. Mohan Nagar, Ghaziabad (UG Campus) successfully conducted sessions on Soft Skills, Placement Talk, Quantitative Aptitude, and Group Discussion & Mock Interview for final-year students. The Soft Skills session was taken by Mr. Munna Mishra (Assistant Professor), he focused on enhancing students' communication, teamwork, leadership, confidence, and professional etiquette essential for workplace success. During the Mr. Manish Sharma (CRC Manager) guided the students regarding Placements students gained valuable insights into campus recruitment processes, resume building, industry expectations, and effective placement strategies. Quantitative Aptitude session taught by Prof. Prashant Tyagi (Assistant Professor), strengthened participants' analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities through placement-oriented aptitude concepts and techniques. The programme concluded with Group Discussion & Mock Interview sessions, where students received practical exposure to interview scenarios, helping them improve their communication, critical thinking, and interpersonal skills. The sessions were highly interactive and witnessed enthusiastic participation from students. Day 5 of PREP-2026 successfully enhanced students & placement preparedness, confidence, and professional competencies, equipping them with the essential skills required for successful campus recruitment and future career opportunities.
