


Description: HR Hurdles was a case study–based competition designed to test participants’ analytical thinking, decision-making, and practical HR knowledge. The competition simulated real-world HR challenges where students were required to analyse situations, identify key problems, and propose effective HR-oriented solutions within a limited time frame. The case studies covered important HR domains such as talent management, employee engagement, conflict resolution, organizational behaviour, performance management, ethical dilemmas in HR, and strategic HR decision-making. This event aimed to bridge the gap between theoretical knowledge and practical application, enabling students to experience real corporate HR scenarios. Students enthusiastically took part in the competition. The participants showcased excellent problem-solving skills, critical thinking, teamwork, and communication abilities. The competition witnessed active participation, healthy competition, and insightful discussions, making it a highly engaging and learning-oriented event. The judging panel evaluated participants on the basis of problem analysis, feasibility of solutions, presentation skills, clarity of thought, and overall approach. The winners and runner-up teams were appreciated and felicitated for their outstanding performance. .
