Description: HUMARI FUNSHALA was a fun-based management event designed to enhance students’ understanding of HR concepts through interactive games and activities. The event focused on developing essential managerial skills such as teamwork, communication, coordination, leadership, and quick decision-making. The event comprised three engaging activities namely Balloon Hopping Challenge, Hurdle Race, Human Knot Challenge. Each game was designed to simulate real-life workplace scenarios and HR situations in a fun and practical manner. The participants displayed great enthusiasm, coordination, creativity, and competitive spirit throughout the activities. The event witnessed active participation, high energy, and a collaborative learning environment, making it both enjoyable and informative. The judging criteria included teamwork, coordination, creativity, accuracy, time management, and overall performance in each game. The winners and runners-up teams were appreciated and felicitated for their outstanding performance.
