


The purpose of the session was to reconnect with the alumni and share their experiences and discoveries as they transition from campus to corporate corridors. The session's speaker was Mr. Ankit Gupta Batch (2008–2011), Manager at E & Y Services, Gurugram. Director Dr. Sunil Kumar Pandey in his welcome address expressed his elation and happiness at witnessing the students of I.T.S achieving greater heights in their career. The speaker, who was himself a source of inspiration, was truly moved by the welcome speech. Following that, the guest was presented with a token of appreciation. Mr. Ankit Gupta stated that as new technologies that make our lives easier are introduced to the market, we become more vulnerable. Each phase of the software development life cycle includes an auditing phase. He began by defining the term audit and describing how audits are conducted in businesses. The term audit is not limited to a company's finance department. With the rise of cybercrimes and data breaches, there is now a greater need to conduct an IT audit of the company's data. Students were introduced to new terms such as real-time data replication and ITIL (information technology infrastructure library). He also discussed information security, the different data transfer protocols such as http and https, the cybercrimes prevalent in society, how the data we share on platforms can be misappropriated, and the preventative measures we can take to safeguard our data. Companies have different policies in place to protect their data. In addition, he discussed his personal experiences working in top auditing firms such as Deloitte and E & Y services, his life journey from college to manager, the difficulties he encountered, and the amount of effort he put forth to achieve success. The speaker responded patiently and thoroughly to the students' questions and concerns.
The objective behind this guest lecture was to expose the students on the topic “Introduction to Mathematica”. The aim of this guest lecture was to provide the knowledge about the Mathematica programming by which we can solve the mathematical question on software. The Resource Person for the guest lecture was renowned teacher and educationist Dr. Deepti Assistant professor from Shivaji College (Delhi University). She discussed about the mathematical language i.e., Mathematica and explained the students that how we can easily find the solution of mathematical problem by using the programming (Mathematica). Overall, the session was highly interactive.
The motive behind this lecture was to expose the students to the topic "Make in India-SWOT Analysis". The session aimed at providing knowledge to the students about the Make in India, its policies and objectives and to discuss its directional, short term and long term policy inputs as well as to discuss the various programs for the Government of India for the economic growth and development under the make of India Schemes. Dr. Rajinder Singh, Associate Professor, Shiva Ji College, University of Delhi was the speaker of the session gave an overview of the Make in India-SWOT Analysis"., and did the comparative analysis of the Made in India and Make in India, and focus on various plans, policies, and objectives of Make in India.
Through art and craft, students learn to value and appreciate artifacts and images across cultures and times. They learn to act and think like designers and artists, working intelligently and creatively. Keeping these points in mind, the Fine Arts Club – Artea has organized the workshop on “Smart Art & Craft” for BBA & BCA students.Ms. Palak Gupta, Creative Designer was the speaker of the day. She started the workshop by giving brief introduction about decoupage, in which cut out images from paper, book, magazine etc. are glued onto another surface. The glued cut out portion is then sealed, forming a hard and smooth surface. Further she told, there are many items on which art of decoupage can be created like bottle, vash, pot, plate, lamp, frame and many more. One can use tissue paper, stickers, wrapping paper, fabric to make stunning creations. She also gave a demo of decoupage using glass bottle. Through this workshop students learnt about different trends of making Art & Craft using decoupage which will be certainly beneficial in enhancing their expertise in this domain.
Nukkad-Natak is not only a theatre performance but also an awareness program to awake large group of Youth on current burning issues. Act like street Play is simple and easy to understand and can attract the crowd. Street Play portrays a particular idea through the comprehensive act. It also helps the student in shaping their innovative ideas and thought processes on current issues. This Competition will bring out the knowledge, awareness and learning while providing students a suitable and competitive platform to compete. Altogether 83 students participated in six teams, each performance was better than the other, the teams participated in the Inter school and inter college competition were Bal Sankar Sala Institute, GL Bajaj Institute of Management Greater Noida, Abhinay Theatre Group Ghaziabad, Silver Line Prestige School Ghaziabad, Tecnia Institute of Advanced Studies Pitampura New Delhi and ITS College Mohan Nagar Ghaziabad. All the students enjoyed the Competition to the fullest of its extent. Mr. Sanjay Aman Popli, Actor and Director Bhavya Cultural society blessed the participant by their graceful presence, and he also Judged each team, as per his experienced knowledge and skills about the street play, The award ceremony took place in the presence of Director UG Dr. Sunil Kumar Pandey Sir and Vice Principal UG Prof. Nancy Sharma Ma’am,grace the occasion by their benevolent presence and congratulated the teams for their Classic performance. Winners of the Event are:- First Position: Tecnia Institute of Advanced Studies, Pitampura, New Delhi Second Position: ITS College, Mohan Nagar, Ghaziabad Third Position: Silverline Prestige School, Ghaziabad Winning teams were given Attractive Cash Prizes and trophy.
The objective of this workshop is to orient the students on “How to prepare an effective B-Plan” and to prepare an effective pitch for seeking an investment from angel investors/venture capitalists. The workshop also focused upon selecting the final four candidates who will get an opportunity to present their business idea at the Make intern and E Cell IIM Calcutta B-Plan Championship to be held at IIM Calcutta/Bangalore in July 2022. The workshop was delivered by Dr. Ujjwal Chugh,Warrior Entrepreneur, Digital Visionary, Author and Founder & CEO of ISOLS Group Pvt Ltd and its two off-shoots namely, Digital India Leader and Digital Marketing Companion. He is the winner of National Gaurav Award, Shaheed Bhagat Singh Bravery Award, Saraswati Ratan Samman, etc.During the Dr. Chugh told the budding entrepreneurs as to what should be the content of an ideal business plan like problem statement, USP, Management Team, company structure, intellectual property, legal standing, trade mark, copyright, business strategy, competitor strategy, SWOT/SOLV, operational plan and customer support. I.T.S UG Campus organized 4th Alumni Session in the Series “Journey from Campus to Corporate Corridors” for BCA students on19th June 2021. Mr. Ankit Garg, Senior Engineer, Iris Software, Noida, Alumni of BCA (2009-12) was the speaker of the Session. The topic of the Session was “Career Opportunities in Data Science”. The session was planned with an objective of reconnecting with the alumni as well as sharing their experiences & explorations as journey from campus to corporates corridors. Mr. Sunil Pandey Director UG in his welcome address expressed that Success of our Alumni is Success of Institute. He said that motive of Alumni Talk Series is to provide students an insight into career opportunities in each dimension of IT by our successful alumni. He also shared his views on data science & its applications and future scope. Mr. Ankit Garg shared his experience of his college life to corporate life.He shared his knowledge about the data science with the students, also discussed its applications, future scope and different career options. Many students asked different queries which were related to data science, career options, programming languages, applications of data science to Mr. Ankit & he resolves all the queries of the students. In the end he advised the students to be skilled in any programming language and do implementation in it. He said that there are many career options available for the skilled people in the corporate word. Towards the end of the session the guest was presented a virtual plaque as a token of gratitude.

In this endeavour, CA Pradeep Kalra, Senior Faculty has provided a lecture on “ROLE OF FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT IN GROWTH & REVIVAL OF BUSINESS “ to BCA II Semester students on 28 June,2021 CA Pradeep Kalra has elaborated in detail the relevance of effective financial management in growth and revival of any sort of business. He explained the elaborative role of a financial manager in today’s dynamic environment. The session was very interactive as students asked a number of questions related to profit maximization, wealth maximization, procurement of funds, effective utilization of funds etc. which were answered by the speaker with zeal and enthusiasm.

In this endeavor,"Achievers" - The HR Clubat I.T.S. U.G. Campus organizedan Online Workshop on – “Interpersonal Relation & Team Building” The objective behind this event was to equip the students with innovative ideas and thought process and enhance their learning inquisitiveness with the practical approach. Workshop marks an important milestone in the history of HR, making significant changes in HR practices and the overall development of the organization. To equip our students with the practical application of HR theories, A very eminent person Mr. Vijay Kumar Gupta Chief Engineer MES were connected to share his knowledge and experience. He explained how to develop Interpersonal Relations with different people within the organization and outside the organization, he talked about good and bad teams, he also focused on the ways of communication through various videos and presentation and many more. Workshop was full ofexcitement and highly interactive. Altogether 88 students took part in the workshop,students wereenthusiastically participative and enjoyed the .workshop
A Workshop on “Content Writing and Digital Marketing” was organized on Wednesday, June 30, 2021 for the students of BBA and BCA. The resource persons for this workshop were Mr Karan Mirchandani and Ms Priyanka Arora, Co-Founders, Business Wisdom Today. In this Workshop, the participants were briefed about the importance of content writing as a lucrative career option today. They explained the steps and various tools for effective content writing. Besides, participants were told about various free blogging platforms like WordPress, Wix, Blogger, Joomla etc. The workshop will be followed by a Blog writing competition for the students of BBA and BCA. It was a very fruitful workshop as the students asked many questions. All the questions were answered by the resource persons.
