I.T.S Mohan Nagar Ghaziabad has organized a CXO Summit 2025 – “NextGen Leadership: Disruption, Transformation, Direction” on November 1 st , 2025.

The objective was to bring together senior industry leaders (CXOs, digital transformation heads, business strategists) and academic stakeholders to deliberate on the leadership challenges and opportunities that lie ahead—under the theme of “NextGen Leadership” covering disruption (digital, business model), transformation (organizational, cultural) and direction (strategic, societal). Director E&Y The event commenced with a welcome address by the Professor & Director I.T.S Mohan Nagar Dr. Sunil Kumar Pandey. He extended a warm welcome to all dignitaries and participants and emphasized that in today’s fast-moving world we find that disruption is not a one-off event but rather a continuous state. Whether it is digital technologies reshaping business-models, data and connectivity redefining value chains, or societal changes demanding new leadership mindsets. Principal UG – Dr. Nancy Sharma emphasized the need for future-ready leadership in an age of disruption. She said Transformation means embracing change—not just reacting to it—but proactively shaping it. Shri Arpit Chadha, Vice Chairman, I.T.S – The Education Group highlighted that the CXO Summit serves as a platform to inspire young minds towards innovation and transformational leadership. Dr Vinita S. Sahay set the tone by discussing how today’s leaders must respond to rapidly shifting paradigms — technological disruptions, new business models, global-regional shifts, and mindful leadership. She emphasised the role of values, adaptability and lifelong learning. Mr Parna Ghosh shared insights on leading digital transformation at scale, aligning IT with business strategy, data protection and governance. He highlighted the dual challenges of speed and risk in transformation programmes. Mr Rajesh Garg addressed how data-centres, cloud, edge-computing and cyber- security are shaping organisational direction. He illustrated leadership imperatives in the digital era—resilient systems, agile culture, customer-centricity. Mr Ashok Sharma brought in the angle of media and publishing, navigating disruption in content, audience behaviour, monetisation and leadership in the communications space. Mr Hilal Khan offered a perspective from the automotive sector on leadership in mobility transformation, EVs, supply-chain shocks, and how direction and transformation interlink in manufacturing. The CXO Summit 2025 organised by ITS College, Ghaziabad successfully convened high-level thinkers and practitioners around the imperative of next-gen leadership in an era of disruption, transformation and direction. The blend of academic, industry and student perspectives created a rich dialogue, and the event has laid a strong foundation for ITS College’s leadership-education agenda moving forward. With appropriate follow-through—through mentoring, research- collaboration, curriculum alignment and community building—the event’s momentum can translate into lasting value for students, faculty and industry alike.
