The five days “Employability Skills Development Program” in collaboration with GTT Foundation (powered by Barclays) for BBA & BCA 3rd year students was inaugurated in an online mode at I.T.S UG Campus on  January 6, 2022.

The objective behind this program is to equip the students with the basic information and skills required for employment. Under this program the students will be provided with the opportunity to be trained by Corporate Trainers to enhance their Life skills which would help them significantly to increase their chance of succeeding in a job interview. This program was initiated under the guidance and support of Dr. Sunil Kr Pandey - Director (IT & UG) at I.T.S Ghaziabad and Prof. Nancy Sharma – Vice-Principal (UG), I.T.S Ghaziabad.

  On Day 4 Ms. Saiba Abbi Ma’am, Certified International Trainer GTT, started the session by discussing about personal branding, understanding time & effects of stress and 21st century skills of critical thinking & creativity. She explained the concept development and redefinition methods, she said these are regulated and managed by self-regulatory behavioural patterns that involve main objective as well as monitoring the acquisition of those goals. Students enjoyed the deliberation shared during the session and asked a number of questions at the end of the session.
