The objective of this Student Engagement Program is to help the students to gain knowledge ot have an edge over others in today’s competitive era. During this uniquely designed program, students will be exposed to Professional Environment & Requirements and Corporate Communication & Etiquettes. Also they will get an opportunity to listen and interact with Top Industry Leaders from versatile domains including Businesses, Cyber Security, Entrepreneurship & Innovation, and Information Technology etc. Shri Romy Chopra, MD, TCS Infinity was the first speaker of the day. In his address, he shared his personal experience with the students that how he managed to score well during his college days. He also emphasized the importance of learning. He said working hard is good but working smartly is even better. At the end he answered the question of the students. The second speaker of the day was Shri Author Sherry, Certified Communication Coach, TEDx Speaker & Founder & President, MS Talks India. Shri Author Sherry stressed upon the importance of public speaking. He made students to practice some excercises during his session. He told students to follow MBH formula during the time of stress i.e. – M-Mindset, B-Beliefs & H- Habit. At end he handled the queries from the students. Shri Pankaj Dubey, Entrepreneur was third speaker of the day. During his session he shared his personal journey from student to a successful entrepreneur with the students. He emphasized on dreaming and giving deadlines to dreams. He said to the students that the difference success and failure lies in the little extra efforts put in by the individual. At last he took questions from the students. Dr. Sunil Kr. Pandey, Director (IT & UG), thanked the eminent speakers of the program for sparing their time and sharing their insights with the students. He congratulated and applauded the active participation of the students. Prof. Nancy Sharma – Vice-Principal (UG), I.T.S Ghaziabad extended her best wishes to all the students and encouraged them for their active participation in the program to enhance their learning process.
