Our Alumni are our strength and a reason for our existence and we, at I.T.S, always believe
in this. The Alumni Reunion of I.T.S, UG Campus was organized on Saturday, March 1,
2025 at the Institute for the Batched of BBA & BCA Courses passed out during 2011-2019
witnessing participation of about 250+ Alumni along with their Spouse and Kids.
It was an absolute delight to see so many familiar faces back on campus. We were thrilled to
have our esteemed Alumni back at their own Institute after years from completion of their
Academic Journey at I.T.S UG Campus. They joined us to relive old memories, reconnect
with fellow alumni, and rediscover their alma mater.
The programme began with the refreshment and networking tea. Afterwards alumni along
with their spouse and kids enjoyed the cultural and dance performance by our existing
students followed by exciting fun and frolic activities and games like Tambola, Game of
seats, etc for the alumni and their spouses. Winners of these activities and games were given
prizes. This was followed by delicious lunch. All the alumni were given souvenir as a token
of remembrance. Overall, it was a wonderful opportunity to catch up with each other after long.

I.T.S. Mohan Nagar UG Campus Students participated in the Annual Sports Meet of SDGI Global
University- SGU Spardha on 28.02.2025 & 01.03.2025. Total 15 students of BCA & BBA participated
in games Volleyball and Football. Our Volleyball Team, Pranjal (BCA 2 nd year), Saksham Joshi (BCA 2 nd
year), Dushyant Sharma (BCA 2 nd year), Prateek (BCA 1 st year) and Mridul Tyagi (BCA 1 st year) gave
cut-throat fight to other competitors and won as runner up in the game. We would like to extend
our heartfelt congratulations to winners for their outstanding performance in the competition!
Securing the runner-up position against such tough competition from other colleges is a remarkable
achievement, and it reflects their hard work, dedication, and team spirit.
Our Football team, Ankush Chaudhary (BCA 3 rd year), Harsh Mehra (BCA 3 rd year), Yash Chaudhary
(BCA 2 nd Yr), Ankur Dorbi (BCA 1 st Yr), Suraj (BCA 3 rd Yr), Vishal Singh (BBA 1st Yr), Ekansh Chaudhary
(BBA 1st Yr), Mohit Kumar Sharma (BCA 3 rd Yr), M Sarwar (BCA 1st Yr) and Karan (BCA 3 rd Yr) also
participated in the event, we commend their dedication and efforts.

Theatre Club of Institute of Technology and science UG Campus, organized A Workshop on “Script to Spotlight” For all BBA and BCA Students on Feb27 2025.

"Script to Spotlight" is an immersive theatre workshop guiding participants
from script analysis to creating confidence in stage performance through
interactive training sessions. Mr.Akshyawar Nath Srivastava A Renowned
Theatre Artist having 40+ years’ experience in Theatre Industry having his
own Association: XIII School of Talent development was there to judge the
students, this event was planned with an objective to inspire the audience by
demonstrating how theatre brings people together, fosters personal growth,
and creates a space for self-expression and storytelling.
Moreover the workshop offers opportunities to enhance skills and transform
stories and scripts into spotlight performances. Participants engage in diverse
activities centered on various themes, allowing them to explore different
aspects of theatre and improve their creative abilities. This fosters personal
growth and helps to bring unique stories to life on stage.

I.T.S Mohan Nagar UG Campus has organized “Power point Presentation on Management Trends” for BBA students of I year Batch 2024-2027 on February 27, 2025.

A power point presentation on management Trends was organized for the students of BBA I year
batch 2024-2027 for all sections. The topics allocated for the presentation were “The Future of
Artificial Intelligence”, “Privacy in the digital age”, “Building a personal brand on social media”,
“Rising Global Inflation” and “Russia Ukrain War”.
A total of 183 students actively participated in this educational activity, delivering insightful
presentations that not only showcased their research skills but also their ability to effectively
communicate complex ideas. The event encouraged critical thinking and fostered an engaging
environment where students could explore the impacts of these topics on society, business, and
the global economy. The presentations were well-received and sparked thoughtful discussions
among peers and faculty, contributing to a deeper understanding of the challenges and
opportunities in today's rapidly changing world.

I.T.S – U.G Campus organized a Guest Lecture on “INVENTORY THEORY” for BCA 2nd-year IV Sem Batch 2023-26.

The primary objective of a guest lecture on Inventory Theory was to provide attendees with
a comprehensive understanding of the principles, models, and optimization techniques used
in inventory management. Specifically, the goals are to introduce core concepts, explore
optimization models, apply theoretical models to real-world scenarios, and enhance problem-
solving skills.
Dr. Mukesh Kumar Sharma, HoD, Dept. of Mathematics, CCSU conducted an insightful
guest lecture attended by BCA 2 nd -year students, provided an in-depth analysis of different
inventory models. He provided valuable guidance, helping students understand fundamental
concepts and their practical applications. The guest lecture on Inventory Theory was a highly
successful event, providing students with a deeper understanding of the essential principles
behind inventory management and its application in various industries. The session not only
enriched participants' academic knowledge but also provided practical insights that can be
applied in the workplace.

The Photography Club of ITS Mohan Nagar, has organized “PHOTO SCAVENGER HUNT”, an Intra college event held on FEBRUARY 25, 2025 for students of BBA/BCA.

An Intra college competition held on February 25, 2025 at 2:00 pm, for all students of BBA/BCA at UG I Board
Room, where students participated in Intra college Photo Scavenger Hunt Competition wherein they presented their
original photograph based on the themes provided on the spot. Merit and participations certificates, trophieswere awarded
to the performers.
The Judge for the day was Prof. Divyanshu Chauhan, Assistant professor, ITS Mohan Nagar.
The event received enthusiastic participation. The students participated with a lot of excitement and fervor.
Great photography is about depth of feeling, not depth of field. Photos create memories that takes us back to the
special events. Photos speaks itself. Photos may also help to raise some issues. The Motive Behind this event
was to Challenge participants to think quickly and adapt to changing circumstances, and capturing images
within a limited timeframe. It helped the students to learn to look into the things with a unique angle.
Competition helped out students to check their creative thinking.

Campus) organized a one day workshop for BBA 2nd-year students (Batch 2023-2026) on
"Financial Empowerment Through Investment ". The guests of the event Shri Suryakant
Sharma (Sr. Consultant AMFI, Former DGM SEBI) and Dr. Kapil Garg (Assistant Professor -
Sri Aurobindo College, University of Delhi) briefed students on below mentioned topics
1. To enhanced financial literacy and investment knowledge among BBA students.
2. To improve financial decision-making skills and risk management strategies.
3. To increased awareness of investment options and strategies.

guest lecture for BCA Second year (Batch 23-26 ) students on “The New Era of Software
Engineering Tools & Technologies” on 24th February 2025 from 11:00am- 1:00 pm. The
Guest lecture has carried on by Mr. Vishal Srivastava , Liferay Architect, Solihull, United
Kingdom.
This lecture has expose students with insights into the real time use of Software engineering and
Software engineering is important for their career. In the start of the session , the guest brief
about the software engineering models & Importance of Software Engineering in the Corporate
World. The speaker elaborated on how software engineering plays a crucial role in the development and
management of software products in various industries. Different Roles in an Organization such as
Software Developers, Quality Assurance (QA) Testers, Project Managers, and Business Analysts were
discussed, along with their responsibilities in the software development process. He also told about the
significance of proper documentation in software development, including requirement specifications,
design documents, and user manuals, was highlighted. In the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC),
the speaker explained the different phases of SDLC—Requirement Analysis, Design, Development,
Testing, Deployment, and Maintenance. In the development Models , he discussed about Various
development models, including Waterfall, Agile, and Scrum, were discussed, emphasizing their
applicability in different project scenarios gave some introduction to Key Software Tools such as Liferay
Software: A platform for enterprise-level web application development. He also gave an idea about JIRA
Software: A widely used tool for project management, Agile workflows, and issue tracking.

GM, Human Resource and Administration at Yakult Danone India Pvt. Ltd.

productivity. Resource Person shared real-world examples, emphasizing the crucial role of
Human resourcein effective operations Management.Key takeaways included strategies for
streamlining workflows, leveraging data-driven decision-making, and fostering a culture of
continuous improvement. The session emphasized the importance of aligning people, processes,
and technology to achieve operational excellence.
